We really enjoyed our stay at Versa’s Villas! The property is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location is great to move around, and very close to the beach. The host was very friendly and welcoming. 10/10

Beautifully decor, lovely quiet location spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and the property stayed wonderfully cool despite the heat. So nice to have a pool and lots of choice for sun beds and seating options. Love the hats on the wall!

Everything was perfect 🥰. The owner was so nice giving us a speaker when we asked him to celebrate our son's 13th birthday 🫶 We can't wait to get back 🙌 😍

The place was immaculate and very modern. Also our flight had been delayed by 3 hours meaning that we arrived at 1AM but our host made sure that we were still able to check in even far past our agreed check in time.

The closeby church bells ringing several times each morning, waking us all up as if we had to go to work. That said, the beds were so comfortable that we all fell asleep and did not get up until 10 a.m

Everything, starting with the responsiveness of the owner, the accommodation, the facilities, the tranquility, the flexibility to change towels and help with other kitchen utensitls, as well as the willingness to let us use the big siwmming pool.

A wonderful place, both as a location and as accommodation. Very kind hosts. The houses are made with great taste and attention to every detail. If you have a car, it is very convenient for exploring Lefkada and Parga. Preveza turned out to be a very beautiful town. There are many restaurants with good food as well as a beautiful pedestrian promenade for evening walks. We highly recommend Versa Villa for a family vacation, as well as for large companies that will spend unforgettable moments in the courtyard with the large pool.

All was great!

Versa villas are great, new with a modern design and very clean. We were a group of 9, a mix of adults, teenagers and children and we all enjoyed our stay there. The garden and swimming pool are very cool and we loved spending an evening there with a nice dinner and good Greek wine. They are well located to explore the Epirus Riviera and Lefkada. But the best of all is the hospitality of the hosts Sotiris and Rena, who are doing all to make their guests feel welcome. Sotiris gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches in the area and was always very helpful. We strongly recommend Versa Villas for a stay in Preveza!

What you see on pictures, thats what you get, it looks even 10 times better in reality. We stayed with my fiancé and 2 years old son. We loved it so much and so our little one. Baby crib&bedding set was provided which is a big plus for us. Villa looks amazing, from the front mini garden till pool area. Interior - WOW Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, modern and beautiful. Lots of storage for clothes! You got everything you will need when you stay - plenty of towels provided, tea&coffee + coffee machine and capsules, lots of cutlery etc. Pool area sooo cool & stylish. Even though it shared with 2nd villa guests, we never met anyone and never felt disturbed while we chilling by the pool. Location is just on spot. Owner & his wife ( i guess ) are very polite people with wide smile on their face, they always happy to help. And well done keeping villas just on spot, beautiful & new looking and clean. If will be coming back to Preveza in the future will definitely stay here again. We enojoyed our stay so much Thank you.

Amazing villa in a beautiful part of Greece ! The styling and every aspect of the villa is perfect! Only €5 taxi into town and 15 minutes drive from Monolithi beach- beautiful beach club. 100% will visit again!

It was cooler when we visited so the owner had to return to ensure the heating was effective. It was heat pump based so in the depths of winter it might struggle.

Very modern, stylish, well thought out apartment. Quite and smart. Couldn't ask for more. Thoroughly recommend it.

The villa is wonderful. Beautifully designed and very comfortable. Loved having an almost private pool. Weather was mild during my stay so a heated pool would have made it all ideal.

Villas are completely new and beautifully designed. Very well equipped with everything you need. Hosts are extremely nice and helpful. It’s close to the sea and center. Great place to stay in Preveza and great value for money. I would absolutely recommend it to everybody traveling to Preveza!

A bit out of Preveza town, you either walk 30 minutes or order a taxi (which are cheap, about 6 or 7 Euro).

New, well maintained and clean. Very attentive staff.
