The property was lovely everything we needed and in a perfect, quiet position. The welcome wine, water ect was such a nice gesture as we arrived late and the supermarkets were closed.

Even though there was a bus stop end of the road, it was very difficult to get a local bus timetable to explore the area.

Lovely, comfortable,clean, private villa for a couple. It was small but had everything you needed. Very good value. The walk into Stoupa and Kalgoria beach took about 15 minutes. Would recommend this villa to friends.

Bathroom floor can get wet with shower, disabled toilet no shower tray just a curtain. But bathroom large and clean Swimming pool small but still good for a dip especially for kids. Villa has garden but no view

Location a few minutes by car to Stoupa beach and Kalogria beach. Accommodation basic but clean, functional, good supply of beach towels and bath towels. Good for a comfortable stay. I think it’s good value for money

Check in policy is very uncomfortable for families with children (15:00) that they need to get some sleep after lunch while check out policy is the earliest in this territory (10:00). There were many many ants around the pool and also around the kitchen! Also air-conditioning was somehow smelly!

Arrived 15 minutes prior to the agreed time, 5pm. Rang the contact number, no reply. The appointed time came and went. A helpful customer in a villa rang the number he had. No reply. Waited, rang again, no reply. So what do you do arriving at accommodation with just a telephone number that no one answers??? Eventually a text from an unknown number, “let me know when you are near”, We had been waiting 45 minutes by then. They arrived 5 minutes later. We are shown to a villa that bears no resemblance to the photo on our confirmation email. Oh, we might use that photo for all confirmations, this is the one you booked, Villa Maria. Not necessarily, my confirmation does not name a villa, it shows me a photo of it. This is not it. Basically yes it is, its all we have and I can’t get an answer off Nikos the same as you couldn’t. We were promised Nikos would contact us the following morning to dicuss matters. He never did despite our contacting them again and again. So my advice is avoid these. Two villas are very nice. A third, a single floor, also quite nice. A fourth, around the back squeezed into a small area is a tiny one room structure with a plunge pool. It is not a swimming pool. I am taller than the so called pool is wide. It was clean, well equipped indoors but not a pool villa. And with no dining table outside, just a small round bistro table, and no cushions for the hard sunbeds, just not at all what is acceptable.

There was a disturbing (knocking) noise that started in our first night at 3am and lasted until 6am, which kept us from sleeping. After our phone call in the morning, someone came to have a look, but the noise did not appear again at the time, so nothing else happened and nobody cared. We called again at 10 pm, when the noise started again on the second night, but we were told that someone will come only the next morning. After two nights with no sleep, we left the place. Every time we were talking to a different person and they all treated us as if we were making something up, only because apparently nobody has ever complained about it so far, and they didn't feel like showing up at the place when the problem actually appeared, so had no idea what we were talking about. It was a nightmare and the service was horrendous! In terms of payment, the lady with French accent even walked away from us, telling us that this was not her problem, since we booked 6 nights (already paid through booking) and we would have to solve the problem with booking.com ourselves, as they couldn't do anything. Thanks to a great customer service agent at booking.com we could solve the problem via chat function and we will get a refund for the remaining 4 nights.
