There were lovely touches that made this a gem of our trip. Fresh flowers, an assortment of fruit, and a small bottle of wine were in our room when we arrived. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went the extra mile to show us how to access the private parking lot and then walk us to our room. We had an early morning excursion and needed to leave before breakfast so the staff delivered breakfast options the night before, which was incredibly thoughtful and useful for our full day hike. The following day we had breakfast on the terrace and the view was stunning. We wish we could have stayed longer!

There wasn’t a balcony off the room, which we expected from the room description.

The property was a beautiful building with a lot of character. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great and they prepared what you would like, on top of the basic breakfast.

Location is convenient to a good local resturant and only a modest walk to the old town. Well decorated rooms with style. Good breakfast on balcony overlooking the sea. Very friendly staff to make you feel at home.

Only the shower was a bit cumbersome because we had to use a hand held shower spout. Additional bars of soap would have been helpful.

Location is a fair distance from the older part of Chania. If you like peace and quiet, as we do, then it’s ideal. If you want to be more in the thick of things, then you might want to stay closer to the older part of Chania. This is a gorgeous hotel with a lovely view of the coastline. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Breakfast is served daily on the beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The rooms are extremely spacious.

Just to flag, the pool is very deep so really suitable for the diving board but not for standing on the bottom except along the shallow edge.

The breakfast was really nice which could be eaten by the pool or on a terrace overlooking the sea. The pool was very welcome. Staff were just brilliant.

The breakfasts were substantive and all our additional dietary requests were accommodated. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and bed linen changed regularly. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so hospitable and friendly throughout our stay. We stayed for two weeks at the villa and the facilities and service exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely no complaints

The hotel is beautiful and peacefull with just a few guests at a time. The breakfast is amazing, you can select where to have it, at what time and with what ever treats you desire. The pool is a must in the hot weather, and the pool area is very nice. The best thing about this hotel, though, is the amazingly friendly staff who with their hospitality, helpful tips and kind behaviour which made our trip perfect. Thank you so much!

Absolutely nothing!!

Another faultless visit to a very very special hotel in Chania. Everything was superb, the super clean and spacious room, the hospitality, the exquisite breakfasts with delicious fruit, yoghurt, croissants near the pool in the garden. This was our second visit to Villa Andromeda and we would never stay anywhere else in Chania.

This is an outstanding Place to stay.All the Staff are so lovely.The suite we had was over two floors,amazing sea view.Fantastic breakfast.Nice ,big garden with a good sized Pool.Only 10 mins walk to the first restaurants, another 5 to Reach the harbour and Old town.Higly recommended !

The location was a short, pleasant walk along the boardwalk into the centre of town. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed eating outside on the balcony. The day we were going to the gorge, we had a very early start, and they prepared a breakfast in our room the evening before, which we very much appreciated. We had beautiful views from our room window and the balcony. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely breakfasts , fabulous staff who make a stay a joy. The area if out of the buzz of the city which we wanted - the new Museum is in the vicininty now and some news great eateries.
