The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable. We hired a scooter to commute around the island as well as scoot to the main area. You could walk though. Close to the beach and nice and quiet for a relaxing get away.

Everything was great.

Room was very nice and spacious, we particularly liked the terase. Beds comfortable, room equipped with A/C and cleaned every day which was a big plus. But the highlight of our stay were property owners who were amazing to us, starting from the warm welcome on day 1 until the end of our stay. They provided us with the advice where to go and what to see, as well as any kind of support and nice details during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Nothing. It was the perfect island stay.

First of all, Irini, the owner and host, is the nicest person. She greeted me with homemade lemonade and some snacks. I truly appreciated the quiet and homey feel throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-maintained, very spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the nearest beach and a 7-minute stroll to the port of Aliki. They have the most beautiful bougainvillea and other plants adorning the white building.

it would be nice to have a common sitting area/patio but the individual balconies were great

extremely clean and well maintained, nice touches everywhere. We really appreciated our welcome drink and the spoon sweets, which were delicious. Also, thank you so much for the go-away present. The recommendations that Irene and Anna Maria gave us were really good and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The walls are thin and you can hear other people coming and going, a bit of noise, but nothing too annoying. I regretted there wasn't a tiny kitchen to cook simple meals. Paros isn't too expansive though and it's easy to find a place to eat around.

The hostess were fabulous, welcoming, kind, and very helpful. They helped us book a taxi, rent a car, gave us recommendations for places to visit and great restaurants. They prepared our room early and were very responsive for every communication. You can feel it's a family business and they make it personal. Strongly recommend.

Nothing could have been better -we only wish our holidays had been longer. Only a very small comment: an additional chest of drawers would be helpful to store clothes if we had stayed longer. Thank you Irene and Anna-Maria!

We loved EVERYTHING about the studio that we rented at Villa Anna-Maria. It was incedible value for money - exactly what we needed for a family of 2 adults and a 14-year-old. We could store our breakfast supplies in the fridge or the cupboard and loved eating on the terrace. Such a relaxing, comfortable, calm and friendly place to stay. The beach next to the beautiful small church is only a few meters away, and offers a long stretch of sand and pebbles to walk along if you enjoy walking with your feet in the crystal-clear turquoise sea. Anna-Maria and her mother Irene were the perfect hosts, organizing our pick-up from the ferry in Parikia and giving us all the information about the Paros that we needed (or did not know we needed). Aliki is a wonderful resort for families, especially with young children. Paros is a stunning island overall with majestic landscapes and multi-coloured sunsets. We loved visiting Agios Antonios Monastery. We definitely recommend Villa Anna-Maria and we would really love to come again.

It would have been nice to have a bit more space to wash and dry cups and plates. As some others have remarked, the view on the house under construction isn't the best -- but it's not the host's fault.

Very nice and big room with balcony outside; there were also a fridge and a kettle. When I was there, the hotel and the street were very quiet; the hotel is close to a couple of beaches in Aliki, lots of great restaurants, and the entrance of a wonderful path leading to a string of quieter beaches along the coast (please ask Irene for directions). Irene was there to meet me with a fruit plate and a cocktail when I arrived, was a great source of information on the whereabouts, and donated me a jar of awesome homemade jam when I left!

Our experience at Anna Maria villa has started with the warm meeting with the nice owner Irene and her daughter. They gave us quite a lot of amazing spots to explore in Paros Island as well as prepared for us tasty welcoming drink 🍸. During the night the house outside is lightening with nice candles and the atmosphere on the balcony is amazing. They also left us small present and handwritten post card which is extremely nice from their side. We highly recommend their villa!!!! 🙏

Villa Anna Maria is not just another holiday accommodation where all you get is a room at a certain price. It is so much more ! Two lovely ladies running it - Irene and Anna Maria made us feel very welcome right at the beginning and helped us with many aspects of our stay in Paros: great hints for local attractions, help with transport, boat hire, etc. They are a real local 'know-how centre'! The room was a great value for money, perfect location and kept very clean and tidy every day. Our hearts melted when we received a home made fig jam as a good bye present...

Located near bus stop and, more importantly, the beach. Pretty Villa, rooms with sea and/or mountain view. We only have appraise for the two kind hostesses - they received us with a warm welcome, informed us on questions, and were so kind as to send us on our way with a written letter; thank you :) Would love to come revisit Irene and Anna Maria, anytime!

The upper floor’s ceiling was very low, so get used to walking while bent over. The space is too little for 4 people.
