Balcony has sun in the morning and is cool in the heat of the day. It’s the perfect place to watch the sea, boats, locals and to have meals. As other reviewers have said, the apartment is really well equipped and the local host generously provides supplies and is on hand nearby for any advice or questions. Spotlessly clean. Spacious. Very comfy bed. Tastefully decorated and in excellent condition even though we were the last guests of the season.

From the moment we were met, the warmth and genuine welcome of the owners family was what made our stay so special. Splendidly equipped with everything you could need and thoughtful touches like milk,wine,juice and toasts and jam. The bed is super comfortable and the sofa perfect for cooler evenings. The balcony is bigger than it looks in the photo with a beautiful view of the harbour and houses and there is a rear courtyard too. A perfect place to stay and we will certainly return. Thank you so much!

Communication before was good and check in worked well . We were met at the ferry and walked the short distance to the house . The house is in an idyllic location with amazing view of the harbour to see all the ferry action . New lovely kitchen and dining table , crockery etc to cater in ,the owner kindly left cereal , butter , jams , coffee , tea , fruit , milk and much more so welcome and kind . Everything is clean and works well . Bed was comfy and what a view in the morning when you open the bedroom shutters .A stones throw from supermarkets and tavernas and many little steps into the sea for a swim . The house is certainly one of the best we have stayed in in Greece and I would stay there again . We walked to the beaches and the castle is definitely worth a visit .

Clean, nice rooms, well equipped kitchen, very nice host. Backyard for afternoon sun, morning coffee with view into the sea. You have to close the curtains, otherwise (positiv) the sun will wake you up in the morning.

The villa is located in perfect place, close to everything. The furniture and equipment are nice and convenient The service is adequate.

The location also entails some serious noise at times. There is no AC in the living room so in August it was almost impossible to spend time there in the evening, and there was only one fan between two bedrooms and living room.

Beautiful apartment, host left us a fridge and pantry stocked with the basics and the place included lots of other thoughtful details like plenty of coffee, lovely dishes, everything you may need for some basic cooking, and family games. View is incredible and location excellent with easy access to the port.

Villa Antonis is a spacious Traditional stone house in a perfect Location .The villa is just minutes from the Harbour and has a beautiful terrace with amazing views.over the harbour and beyond. We had a lovely welcome pack including wine upon arrival which was a nice surprise.The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need during your stay and is so comfortable. A lot of thought ans taste has gone into the decoration of the property and were were very pleased with everything and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends, We look forward to another visit .

Absolutely nothing at all - all was 100% perfect .

This has to be one of the most beautiful places to stay on the beautiful island of Chalki . The villa is simply stunning and so thoughtfully decorated with interesting artefacts and fabulous furniture . The kitchen is superbly appointed with an array of beautiful serving dishes etc - a cook’s dream . We were met at the port and taken to the villa - a 1 minute walk . One is immediately taken by the captivating view from the balcony and the incredible cleanliness of the villa - sparkling clean with the addition of white bed linen and towels . There was a most generous amount of items left for guests to enjoy - a most thoughtful gesture. No one could be disappointed by this astounding villa .
