WiFi wasn’t great in one out of three rooms we had for the family. Room not spacious, but I guess that’s normal for city center. We had a weird smell coming from the bathroom one night but wasn’t present for the rest of the stay.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Very warm and welcoming. The location is very central. Easy access to taxis. Excellent coffee and breakfast. The roof has a nice view over the acropolis.

It was stylish, very comfortable, the staff, and I mean all of them, were marvellous. A request was met with, but of course. The breakfast was very good, delicious and elegantly served. The room was well designed and had everything one would need.

Villa Brown might just be the cutest hotel ever. We only spent a night, but I definitely plan on going back. From our first to our last minute in the property we were treated with a lot of care by Kostas and the rest of the team. Truly a 5 star experience.

Breakfast lacked lustre as they provide you with choice of drinks, fruits, bread & and a portion of greek salad. Any warm breakfast is priced additionally

Location - very central. Walkable to almost everything a tourist would want to see in Athens. Staff was helpful.

The size of the room but I guess that’s what you have to deal with in the Centre, it’s a nice room anyway.

My room was a little small for my liking (204) and I assume all rooms that end in 4 are the same but other rooms are nicer that I have stayed in before and more spacious.

Location is excellent and located parallel to Ermou Street on a quiet pedestrian walk. Many facilities around. The boutique hotel is very nice in terms of atmosphere with a modern classic look.

- my credit card was first accepted, reservation confirmed, then ~15 min later it was declined and cancelling the reservation was with fees! Other hotels declined the CC immediately before confirming the reservation, which is better. You either update your system so it rejects the cc before confirmation or at least allow free cancellation once you realize the CC was declined. This was particularly annoying since the reservation was during the week-end and couldn't do anything with the bank. Problem was solved on Minday - hot water faucet of the sink broken

Lovely boutique hotel, conveniently located within Plaka, with clean and tastefully designed rooms and spaces. The staff made every effort to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and were very accommodating to our specific needs. Would highly recommend to others and will return on our next visit to Athens.

Everything was excellent

rooms and the property always smells nice and veeery clean. The employees always helped us about our needs like late checkout and they kept out luggages after checkout/before check in etc. I would prefer this hotel again

Room size - it was a bit tight and we had to ask a several times for two days in a row to put extra toilet paper in our room.

The location is great! The room is very nice and cozy and at breakfast I had the best avocado toast with salmon...super!
