Ants, but you can't do much about it. If you forget food, just in a few minutes, they are on it. On the floor, on the kitchen counter, in the sink, just everywhere you leave food.

Perfect location, quiet place not crowded. Close to the best beaches in Lefkada, close to the town of Lefkada. Beautiful sunset views above the sea. There's a pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. Clean with warm water. Almost everything you need if you want to cook for the family. There is a barbecue spot and a washing machine if needed. My and my family felt like home there. We were traveling with our dog, so the place is pet friendly.

Rustic set of 8 units with a fabulous infinity pool and sun longer area. Real Greek. Loved a sundowner with the great distant view.

The location has a lot of insect and grasshopper and the windows donat have insect net. If you let the windows open the insect/grasshopper can enter în your room. We slep a night with the windows open, în the morning we have a grasshopper în the room.

A Rambunctious group also staying there. Limited sunset view. WiFi 10Mbps had high loaded latency (700ms) making work as a digital nomad difficult. VoIP calls were unreliable with long delays and stuttering. Thin bedroom curtains let in too much light in the mornings.

Clean. Nice balcony. Shower curtain!!! Large fridge. Great pool and grill area. Hot water. Newer finishes. Quiet area.

Very little, the beds were slightly uncomfortable but I like very hard mattresses so that may well be a personal preference.

The property is in a lovely village a short cab ride from Lefkada Town. It has an excellent taverna a short walk away with others in the village as well as shops and bakeries. The property was very clean, spacious, well equipped and set in lovely grounds. The pool is great with amazing views of the sea. The hosts were very helpful.

Villa Erato exceeded our expectations. Sokratis is a great host, he is friendly and he cares to make your stay more enjoyable. The rooms were super clean and the view is even better than the pictures. The sunsets by the pool were unreal.

We followed the directions given by the owner which were straightforward and easy to read. Having found the apartments we were shown to our studio by the housekeeper . She spoke little English and us no Greek but between us all we got there! The studio apartment was FANTASTIC. Can’t say enough good things about it. Every little thing has been though of. The air con is by the far side of the kitchen so not overly noisy when you sleep. There are blinds and shutters if you want to keep sun out. The balcony had two comfortable chairs and a table. Great shower and wash facilities. Cleaning every third day. Whole area spotlessly clean. Swimming Pool gorgeous and relaxing in the high temperatures of Summer . Several sun beds around pool. Only once was it too busy for us to sit around but we waited an hour and then everyone has disappeared. Think most people use here as a base whereas we liked to spend a couple of days doing nothing but be by the pool which was really nice. Was in two minds whether to write this review because don’t want it to get too many visitors !!! It’s absolutely perfect just as it is . Thank you to Sokratis and team ❤️🇬🇷 We will return .

Some minor improvement details were conveyed to the owners for consideration.

For our preferences, location is a convenient starting point to the west island beaches, closely enough to both the city and Agios Nikitas. Lodging is a bit off the main road, but it is even a convenient walk to the bakery or market stores in the village. Room was very clean and well taken care of. Venue has multiple amenities, such as a swimming pool and BarBQ grill, yet we were mostly on the beach or on the road exploring the island.

Beautifully located with an amazing view of the sea. Eating breakfast on our terrace was a highlight every day! The Apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials (a Toaster would be a nice addition). A bakery is 10 min walk away, as are some excellent tavernas. The road from the main road to the apartment is a bit of a challenge (very narrow, so it gets a bit tricky if another car approaches, but it was manageable - even for an inexperienced driver like me). Definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return soon.

The shower place didn't have curtains or separators, so every shower meant water splashed all over the bathroom, for which we had to use a mop every time. The kitchen could us a little upgrade, mainly a dish washing machine, which would save both time and water, but also in the accessories (for ex a bowl for salad or a bigger meat knife) and the other appliances. But none of these were deal breakers.

Location is excellent with a nice view to the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was big enough for a family with 2 children. Cleaning done every 2 days, including nice arrangements of the kids plush toys, which they enjoyed very much. Very useful hose by the entrance to clean up sand when coming back from the beach. Very nice pool, clean, with an amazing view. The kids spent a lot of time in it.

The small road leading to the villa is VERY narrow and crooked, so you wish you won't meet any other car - but the traffic is nearly zero there, so it's not that bad! The pools is open between 9 AM and 9 PM - extending this time to 10 PM would be nice!

We really liked this place. We had a room in the front building on the first floor where you could see the sea either from the balcony (also the sunset!), but thanks to the big balcony door you could have this view also from the kitchen. The apartment was equipped sufficiently so you could do some basic cooking. There was air conditioning in the kitchen which was enough also to cool down the bedroom. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and huge enough to do some proper swimming, plus it had a beautiful sea view. There were plenty of sunbeds next to the pool. We appreciated the place was really quiet and farther from the main road, with beautiful olive trees around. The host/staff Sokratis was really nice and approachable and gave us some good tips. The room was cleaned every second day and we were happy with this service. There are plenty of parking sots (for free) on the premises so we never had any issue with parking. The Villa is not hard to find, before you arrive just check the street view and you will immediately see you need to turn left right after Irene's café in Tsoukalades (when driving towards Agios Nikitas). Make sure you have a car before booking this, without one you would definitely have a hard time approaching all the beautiful places Lefkada has to offer.

The stay at Villa Erato was unforgettable. The location is great, quiet and near all best beaches at Lefkada. The terrace with see view and the beautiful pool provides top pleasure during the stay. Don't miss the sunset at the pool :) The host Sokratis is very kind, the apartments are clean and tidy. I highly recommend this place.

The bedroom was super tiny and there were no shutters in the main room so at 6am there was so much light that we could not sleep anymore. Also, the access to the property was problematic as the road leading to it was extremely narrow. In case you came across another car you had to back up for several kilometres!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Erato. The apartment was very clean with enough space for a family of 4. The view from our terrace was stunning and as its location is very quiet, relaxation is guaranteed. Sokratis, the host and his family are very friendly and helpful and gave us some very good suggestions on beaches and restaurants. We can highly recommend this place.
