Theologos is a small local village, so no super markets or coffee shops available. Most of the Staff is not speaking English and we had a problem to understand breakfast hours and swimming pool hours. . We had a problem locking one of the rooms and the problem was not solve during our stay there.

The Hotel is located 50 meter from the beach and 2 or 3 small local Tavernas. The swimming pool is Superb! The kitchennete in the room is basic, but satisfying for daily use for couple or small family. The rooms are very nice and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpfull.

There was a very steep and slippery driveway that i found particularly hard to climb, my car slid back and i was terrified. That is something i would definitely fix. Breakfast was basic, nothing fancy but okay if you can settle for less. What i found disturbing was the pool bar menu, i think it was quite overpriced for the quality of the snacks they offered. I would recommend the toast, it's the only thing that's actually fresh and made to order.

Location is okay. The place is near some tavernakia so you can have a short walk to a tasty dinner. The best part of this holiday place is the pool, which we enjoyed very much. Caution: the area around the pool can get very slippery.

The rooms are quite basic (but still tasteful and pleasant).

We stayed in Villa Eugenia for one night and wished we could have stayed longer ! The rooms were nicer than we expected, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the pool area was excellent and the view of the sea is amazing! A great place to stay for families with kids. We would happily go back.

When we checked in, we were not informed that the air conditioning does not work. We found out around midnight, when we came back from dinner. The night was quite hot and it was impossible to sleep. The AC units were very dusty and not cleaned for a long time. Already too late, during the check out we were informed that the AC does not work.

Excellent location and view to the sea. The owners are very friendly. The hotel looks good. The breakfast was good.

We weren't offered the two separate studios we had booked, with two separate kitchenettes, but instead one studio with kitchenette and one double room next door. We were asked if we wanted to move but we thought we'd manage, but there wasn't nearly enough crockery or cutlery for 4 people. We were there for 3 days late in Sept but the snack bar was closed, as were the local tavernas, so useful to be prepared if you're going late in the season.

The swimming pool was great and very close to the beach.

There was nothing not to like. We had a great experience. We wish we had more time to stay longer, but we will definitely be back again soon.

Villa Eugenia is a great place for a family holiday. We have been there for the second time. There is a large swimming pool, the sea is just a few steps from the accomodation and in the morning they serve an excellent breakfast. We really like the family atmosphere and love for nature and animals, which you will meet literally everywhere. The apartments are mostly equipped and every day a nice lady comes to do the cleaning. Taverns are nearby. You have to drive to the nearby town to get to the supermarket but it is well stocked, including diet foods (gluten-free and dairy-free). We fell in love with Villa Eugenia and I believe that we will come back again.

Aircondition in the rooms worked partly, Gym was out of order. General feeling was that the place is still deep in the 80’s

The Large swimming pool is the main attraction , nice little beach just across the hotel.

The water was not coming easily in the shower. There was not a lot and its flow was poor. It was really difficult to have a shower not to mention to was long hair

Breakfast was ok. Quite a few sweet options and a few salty. The pool was nice, the drinks were quite expensive though. Two fresh juices 10,5€ and two coffees take away 6 €. Everyone was very polite and very kind.

Breakfast perfect, staff great. The last day we had to leave early in the morning, before breakfast. The staff packed our food in boxes the evening before we left and wrote us a nice talk.

We spent three days at Villa Eugenia on our trip to Greece. Everything was great. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, air conditioning in each room. To the sea with a pebble beach just a few steps and in front of the residence a beautiful swimming pool. Thank you for the kind care and great breakfast.
