If you are travelling with small children, be aware there is no railing on the bottom balcony over looking the sea.

Villa Evita is a lovely place, with a very attentive host. You have your own private balcony and small pool.The location is right on the beach, and it makes it a really special and relaxing holiday with your family.

Nothing - it was perfect for us.

We loved the privacy of our own upper and lower sundecks. We could come and go as we pleased without anyone bothering us. There were lovely sunloungers, use of SUP boards and a little boat that was great fun. It was a lovely oasis of calm with wonderful views after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was large with everything that you needed. There were a small number of local tavernas that you could walk to in the evenings - all our meals were good and well priced. Most of all we loved our host Iveta. She was so welcoming and full of useful information. She always went the extra mile including getting me tablets and cream for my many mosi bites! An absolute super host!

The villa was very clean and comfortable, we had an amazing sea view and a private beach. We could use a paddle boards and motorboat provided by the owner. The host Ivetta is very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of tips on where to eat and helped us to rent a scooter. Overall we had a great stay and we would highly recommend Villa Evita.

Not the property’s fault but since it is located in the nature, there are ants and bugs (but the owner did provide bug sprays and stuff!)

The only small thing is that the apartment is not super big and the room can only fit a rather small bed, but it's very comfy nevertheless.

The villa is very nice and the apartment we were given was cozy, with a nice modern fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful small balcony overlooking the sea. Great to have private access directly to the crystal clear sea right below. A very welcomed plus, we were offered to use two stand up paddle boards, which we used to explore the coast nearby.

Our stay in Villa Evita was truly wonderful. Amazing views (both sunset and sunrise), access straight to the beach for some lovely swimming. We didn't hire a car but were able to walk into the local town of Messonghi and bay at Boukari, both about half hour walk. The host Iveta is so friendly and genuinely wants to help you have the best holiday. We loved it and hope to return someday.

Bathroom was a bit small.

Beautiful property with exceptional views and offering peace, quiet and tranquility. Private beach is amazing. Our host Iveta and her family were very hospitable, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment we stayed in was small, but modern and very good value for money. A variety of restaurants close by serving wonderful mediterranean food. An absolute delight for couples of any age for a romantic stay.

I like everything here, especially serenity with only wave sound at night and early morning, ideal for sleeping and meditation, and beautiful scenery of sunrise and horizon over sea. Small swimming pool is good to soothe and warm you after swimming in the sea, and you can enjoy even reading books or drinking as you can avoid direct sunshine as you have a big parasol. Evita, owner is extraordinary in terms of hospitality and friendliness. She helped us in renting bicycles, finding good restaurants, renting a boat (free of charge!), and all what we needed. I had to work remotely, and the wifi connection is very strong enough to join online meetings. I've travelled and stayed in various places, but this is the very one of the best places, and definitely I would like to come back again here. Kind of perfect place to be relaxed, meditate, or even work remotely. Thanks Evita!

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Evita. The apartment was sparkling clean. It includes outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen which were super comfortable. The villa is in the wonderful location, it has private entrance to the see and also a private pool (jacuzzi). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They pay special attention for all your needs. I hardly recommend staying at this villa and will definitely come back, it made our vacation unforgettable.

The pools were very gross and not usable. The promised motorboat was broken and there was no replacement. When voicing my concerns the owners decided they wouldn't do anything to accommodate us. Horrible service.

The location was beautiful and the privacy was very nice as well. We loved the private jetty.
