Everything was wonderful. It’s a great option if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place a bit away from touristy chaos, perfect for a romantic getaway. The view was amazing and so was the owner’s hospitality. Fanis answered all our questions and gave valuable advice on many things. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location with a reactive host. Beautiful flat, tastefully furnished and located on a bus route with easy access to Chania old town. The patio with the view over the ocean was a wonderful place to have breakfat or late afternoon drinks.

The location was perfect, very close to the sea. Fani, the owner is very nice with a lot of positive energy. If you need anything- just ask and he will help right away. I will come back there next year.

Excellent location, quiet, balcony with a superb sea view, beautiful room, delicious breakfast served on the balcony. The location has an eco friendly concept, which makes it special.

Bathroom is slightly on the small side with no windows and a little dated, but does the job so no major complaints!

Perfect quiet location, 15 mins drive to Chania town, extra parking space, lovely balcony with sea view, nice clean room with good facilities (mini kitchen), and Fanis was the perfect Host!

Everything was smooth and stress free. The premises are sparkling clean, the location is close to beaches and restaurants and the price was reasonable. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Personal attention from property owner, including local recommendations and additional services (he lent us a beach umbrella). The beds were also extremely comfortable. It was also a nice, quiet location.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like. If I had to choose one thing that could be difficult for some guests it may be the walk up to the apartment but if it wasn't on a hill you wouldn't get the Sea Views

The standard of the apartment was higher than expected, Spotlessly clean, Quiet, Amazing sea view from balcony, Extremely comfortable mattress, Fanis is an excellent host who goes above & beyond to ensure that his rooms and level of service are of the highest standard. We had such a fabulous stay here we would definitely visit again. We saw the comments about breakfast so had to give it a try and was not disappointed-delicious!

Often we had cold water in the taps and we had to wait couple of minutes to take warm shower. It also would be nice to have a floor wiper in the bathroom.

The owner of the place, Fannis, is very friendly and helpful guy. Because we visited the place in December, he offered us to stay in apartment instead of in the room we paid for without any extra costs. He called us before our stay, explained the options of transfer to the apartment (we came to Chania late in the evening) and organized taxi for us. When we came, he welcomed us with shots of raki and fresh mandrines. He offered also bikes to go to shop. We were asked few times if we need something and always get help and things we needed. The apartment itself is just like on the pictures: beautiful design, comfortable bed with warm blanket, great view of the sea, everything clean and neat. The kitchen has all necessary equipment to prepare basic meals. The place is located quite close to the road from which it's easy to travel to other places but still in peaceful and silent area.

If you have a bigger car, there might be an issue with parking as the parking area is very small. We had a small car so it was no trouble.

The villa is located in a quiet place. It's so spacious! You get a modern clean and nice looking bathroom, a small kitchen area. A very nice living room with sofa and a bedroom with beautiful canopy bed. The balcony is also nice, spacious, private and with a gorgeous view of the sea. The host was a charming and friedly man. It's a good place to stay if you want to explore Chania city.
