People with mobility problems should be aware that the property can only be accessed down steep steps with no handrail. Bins only emptied every other day. No shop in the village.

Fabulous location. Evening drinks on the balcony were given an extra frisson because of the view, probably the best in the village.

The place has an amazing view. It is at walking distance from 2 or 3 good tavernas. You can drive for 10mins and be at the beach. The host was very friendly and flexible.

Every detail of the place is well thought, it is stilish and very cozy. The view is breathtaking. 10min by car to amazing beaches. I highly recommend it.

A top notch place with very friendly service!! I highly recommend it! Spacious rooms, great views and well-sized studio with good kitchen ecuippment. Nearby there is three Tavernas! Try Lamp Chops from Panorama Taverna.

the only bad thing was that at the last morning there was no electricity , but it was in the whole village. However, the host was kind and offered to stay one hour more and wait for electricity to come back.

My top favorite thing about this place is the view from our balcony. it is very quiet and our sleep was great. Highly recommend to stay here

The shower isn't well designed and gets the whole bathroom wet, kitchen could have been better stocked (no salt and pepper, kitchen knives), bed is very hard, a mattress topper would go a long way.

Amazing location with a view to die for, very clean trendy place, good A/C, outdoor patio. We were late and the host was understanding and waited despite my lack of cell service to inform him.

the property has a big issue of humidity on all the walls,we could see that it was painted over but we could clearly see that the problem was not solved.The shower had the same problem. This problem influenced clearly our stay here. It is advised to solve the problem as soon as possible.

the design of the room is nice and modern. The view is wonderful. Marcus is a welcoming host and immediately was available when we needed his assistance.

Book a room without specifying the view on booking, receive a message 4 days before the stay that we would not have the sea view and have a room without a view (indicated as "mountain view"), without a balcony (a balcony is a private space and not a terrace in a passageway) and without privacy (bay window directly on the way of the other guests). Uncomfortable beds in the two rooms tested (the 4 beds): bar in the back, deformed, sunken. Unpleasant and expeditious welcome, difficult to understand or be understood by the person who received us who has basic English. Rude / hateful farewell on the sentence: "this room has no problem, you are the problem".

A beautiful interior decoration, a charming village away from the very touristic area of Plakias. After the room change, we were able to appreciate what the establishment got such a good rating: the sea view apartment which really lives up to what is advertised. The owner listened and made sure your situation improved so that our stay was not all down to nasty surprises

Everything was good, the mattress was hard
