The third bed was good for our 3 years old child, but not big enough for our 7 years old nephew in other room.

The room was very clean. Kitchen with everything you need. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Kosta was very kind and help us any time we ask him. Highly recommended.

There is nothing that we didnt like. It was a great stay for us.

Our stay at the Villa was magnificent. The apartment was clean, spacious and offered everything that we needed. The staff was very kind, helpful and always there to answer our questions, whether it was regarding our stay at the apartments or all the activities in Olympiaki Akti and the surrounding places. Anybody that decides to stay at the Villa will not regret it and have a great time being there. 10/10 from us! :)

I stayed with my family (2 adults and 3 children) at Villa Konstantinos for 7 days at the beginning of August 2023. I found Villa Konstantinos on Google and then on Booking and I chose it because of the reviews and I was not wrong. On August 5, we arrived earlier in Olympic Beach, at 10:00 a.m., I contacted Konstantinos and he "urgent" our accommodation, so at 11:00 a.m. we were already accommodated (although the accommodation starts at 2:00 p.m.). I stayed on the top floor (III), a very clean and spacious 2-room apartment, a large bathroom, a mini-kitchenette and 2 large balconies from where I had a superb view of Mount Olymp. We didn't miss anything and every day we received a smile and the question: "everything is ok, do you need anything?" I met a wonderful family here, Kosti and his sister Despina + her husband and children, a close family that went through a lot of hardships to get here. Thank you for your welcome, for the "good word" and we hope to reach you again! PS: Thanks for the ride to Paralia! we hug you

nothing i can think of. i was pretty satisfied with the property.

What you see , that’s what you get. The pictures on booking are the same in reality. They have little garden for kids for your convenience. the owners are super nice. they speak English, and are willing to assist you with everything you need. we had to check out around 11am, but we still wanted to enjoy the day at the beach, so we asked if we can leave some of our things with them and the car in front of the building. Very genuine and humble people.

The house is nice, clean, quiet, away from the crowdy loud front streets and yet close to the beach, not more than 7-8 minutes walking. Despina and Konstantinos are very nice people, always asking if we needed anything. We had free, safe parking right in front of the house. We spent 7 wonderful days there, with trips to Meteora and Olympus Mountain, Salonic. I would recommand this place anytime, very good for families with kids. A special thanks for both Despina and Konstantinos. PS: very good wine !
