The only thing I would say and this was not an issue for us, but might be for others, was lack of glasses, mugs and kitchen utensils.

Everything. Pool was the perfect temperature, comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor seating. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Stellios who looks after the villas from the hotel was brilliant.

The villa does not have a closed territory, fenced entrance. If you arrive with animals or children, you need to constantly monitor that they do not leave the villa. The air conditioner did not work very well, and it was not possible to sleep with open doors or windows. No mosquito nets and no local TV. If this things is important to you, take it into in your mind.

Luxury vacation with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. A private pool, swimming under the starry sky is amazing. Perfect solitude in close to the beautiful beaches of Bali and the sounds of goat and sheep bells nearby. Possibility to use the BBQ or go for breakfast/lunch or dinner in a 5 star hotel. Possibility to have a transfer to visit the restaurant or disco in the hotel. Georges terrassa. Quick communication with the owner. Grate parking opposite of the house. Responsive staff. The villa was not really clean, and the service overall is far from a 5 stars level. We needed to put deposit for the beach towels....we tried the buffet for dinner once at the hotel....a way below average. Should focus on the postive side to enjoy the stay

The location amd the view from the villa are just amazing. The villa is sourended with mountains and has a direct sea view. The pool is of a good size and provide a big plus for the villa.

- In general the Villa was very clean upon arrival, but we found some small trash in the kitchen from the previous guests. Also the tiles in the pool were not cleaned for a while. - We haven't found anti mosquitoes liquids, although, of course guests may always buy it in the minimarket. - The beach towels were not provided in Villa. There is 5 euros deposit for rent from a nearby resort, which is not a problem. But we were not told about it upon check in, and when we read the welcome paper upon arrival to Villa we found this information and had to drive back again to the hotel in order to get towels. So it would be nice to get this info from the staff directly upon check in while taking keys. - Would be nice to have a check out at 12, not at 11. And on booking.com there is an info about 11:30, which is not relevant, as welcome paper says 11.

- Great privacy, which it difficult to find in Crete)) Nice view, spacious bedrooms, stylish design, well maintained property and barbeque station, nice dishes and cutlery. Overall nice and modern place for couple of days. - Opportunity to use the facilities of the nearby resort. - The biggest advantage for us was the plenty of choice for delivery options. Nice taverna from the same owner and some other menus. Although there is a good kitchen we did not plan to cook, therefore, we ordered big delivery of different sea food meals, and for the price we paid the quality was really good. - Possibility to get a late check out at 14 for 20 euros. - All in all great and modern Villas, perfect getaway for couples. Most probably will come back, thx ;)

The cleaning lady comes in without pre-warning and not to set hours. Also the other workers like the pool man came at odd times, which disturbed the privacy a little bit. But it wasn‘t that bad. They also were kind.

The property was not very clean. Specifically the bathroom and swimming pool. We had to clean the bathrooms ourselves with bleach as there was a significant amount of mould in the shower. I did not expect this from 5-star accommodation at this price. We also had to scrub the pool above the waterline as there was a thick layer of algae on the pool side. The outdoor table had significant burn marks which was not very good. The highchair (which we didn't use) was filthy as it is stored outside. The air-conditioner in the main room was also incredibly loud. The other rooms were fine.

The views were lovely. The hosts we shared with the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located for the beach and town.

The customer service is very bad. Due to an employee error, we were unable to stay in the villa we wanted. We were forced to book a smaller villa. The first villa we wanted was for 9 people, we were 6 people. The villa we had to book was for 5, so one of us had to sleep on a bad little mattress. We also had to pay extra for All-inclusive, which apparently was not included in the price of the smaller villa. The employee's mistake cost us €270. The manager of the hotel was unable to make up for it. He couldn't handle serious conversation and was joking all the time. The villa was infested with ants and the pool was dirty. It is definitely not a destination for young people. If a mistake is made by a company, it is appropriate that the mistake be made right. But this hotel does not have these standards and values. I don't recommend it to anyone!

No bathrooms doors.Everything is open, just a clear glass.I guess you must feel comfy with your friends. Unfriendly and very rude staff. They bother us all the time.Excellent photographer btw, it’s not exactly what you see.
