How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

This time I returned to this wonderful accommodation, and I can confidently say that the experience was even better than the first time. Everything stated in the ad was accurate, and even more than that. The hostess is an extraordinary woman who always has a smile on her face and is ready to help at any moment. Whatever we needed, she was always there to support us and provide us with the necessary information. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for all our needs. The bathroom was also large and clean, which is always a plus when it comes to accommodation. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, allowing us to feel at home and prepare meals according to our own desires. The location of the accommodation is also great, with the beach and the first market nearby. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any worries or stress. In summary, this accommodation is definitely my first choice when it comes to staying in Olympic Beach. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and pleasant accommodation to choose this apartment.

The cleaning was outstanding, customer service I would rate it as a 5 stars, our jost Eleni going above and beyond ro make our stay as pleasant as possible and it was because of the help received in other words I would stay again at this location.

The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. It had its own veranda on the ground floor and it was very quiet despite being on main street. The host was super helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect.
It was better than expected. Clean, comfy and a perfect location! THE HOST THOOOO, SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! Such a wonderful lady!!! Made us feel like home. Would definitely recommend and go back there in the future too!

we mostly liked everything, except a noise in the room made by a fuse, that we ultimatley managed to fix :)
the fact that the staff was nice and very welcoming , waiting for us to check in very late in the nightime when we arrived. they also allowed us to check out a bit later and so we are very greatful and we will defintely come back. the location is super, very close to the beach, supermarket anf coffee shops. thank you! Stefan & Raluca he rooms are clean Nd very accomodafing and so are the balconies

The beds were old and squeaky, and the mattress was very firm.
The room is spacious enough and it has view on the street. We got an extra bed for our baby, as requested. The host was nice and friendly. There is an elevator which was very useful.

A little bit small room, but we were 4 people. Also, the shower in the bathroom didn’t have a place to be hanged.
It was good for the price. Also, the landlords were very nice. They were very helpful.

Modern, simple and high quality interior that shines with cleanliness and a luxurious bed on top. The helpful and friendly owner who gave us tips for a trip to the Mount Olympus NP was a bonus to our pleasant stay.

Sorry, I can’t find anything negative to write about the place.
Nice hotel, nice room, nice bed, nice bathroom, nice kitchen, nice terrace, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and last but not least a very sympathetic and helpful hostess and owner.

Host is super friendly and available. Location is great, everything is near, beach, main pedestrian zone, shops, restaurants... Apartment is renewed - everything is new. There is a cafe with the best coffee in Olympic beach. I really enjoyed the stay here.

the hotel is on the second line from the beach, not crowded. A lot of shops around. The host is very receptive. If you need something she will bring to you. The room was cleaned every 3 days, the towel and bed sheets whenever you wanted or requested. There is a yard after the hotel quiet and green where you can rest in the evening or early morning. The view from balcony is on the street where you can enjoy the coffee in the morning.
