Very nice and clean rooms, with new furniture. There are some common area on the terrace were you can stay together, if you are a group, as we were (3 families with kids). The villa is very close to the beach. You can find everything you need (tavernas, coffee shop, bakery’s) only at walking distance.

We travel a lot, but this was one of the best vacations we had. The hotel was new, clean, nice, in a very good location with parking, 1 minute walk to the beach, 3 min walk to the very tasty and not expensive restaurant and the owner really cares for the guests. Thank you!

Since the space is not large, the kitchen had a small work surface. Although there were plenty of different sizes of plates and glasses, there was only one pot. Considering the hospitality of the hosts, I believe that if we had needed it and had asked them, they would have provided us with additional pots and pans.

Hotel Villa Marija is in an excellent location. Very close to the sea. In a quiet and peaceful street. The villa is modernly designed and has a nicely furnished interior..The villa has its own free parking lot. The garden is beautiful and has a part with tables for socializing which is shaded and lit up in the evening. The upstairs room we were in is not big, but it has modern furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a sink, two glass-ceramic hotplates and a hood. There is also a safe which is included in the price. The hosts are very friendly. Especially the manager Demis, who always goes out of his way to meet whatever the guests need. Every day they took out the garbage, refilled soap and toilet paper when needed. They changed towels and sheets every third day. There was always enough hot water. The air conditioner worked great. The terrace door is equipped with a mosquito net. The terrace of our room had a side view of the sea.

The villa is very close to the beach and the sea at 100 meters, where there are taverns where you can eat, new construction, the beds are super comfortable, cleanliness grade 10, it has all the facilities you need with your family, the owner is super friendly and welcoming Grade 10 agreement for everything I benefited from. We will return with love every year from now on.🙂

We had a single night stay in Villa Maria during our longer drive trip to Greece. The property is very nice and modern, the space in the room is big enough for our family (2+2). The beach is very close and quite nice. Considering 4 persons in the room in was a good price/value ratio.

Internet very slow (max 10mb/s) and unstable. Not w big deal unless you need if for business purposes.

Good value for spent money. Beds are very comfy. Use of air conditioning is included in price. All rooms have nice private terrace and guests can also use tables in the garden. Everything was very clean. Hosts offer every day room cleaning, clean towels and linen. If you need anything else, you can ask hosts.

The nearest store is minimum 5 min away, but if you are aware of that and make purchase in advance, it doesn't affect your holiday. You can always get fresh fruit and vegetable from a guy that patroles with a car twice a day

I really liked everything - the venue, the host, the location! It is very clean - towels and bed sheets are soft and even smell very nice! Can't wait to go back there next time!
