The apartment is not soundproof. If you are not used to sleeping in a louder environment (you can hear your neighbours walking around, making breakfast, using the bathroom, kids playing, etc.), it might be an issue. A pair of earplugs might be a good idea. The Villa's location is not accurate on booking. For an easier arrival search for Villa Maria Tsoukalades in google maps. Or you can call your host and he will give you directions on where to go.

Villa Maria is a great location if you prefer to spend your holiday in a less touristy place. It is close to Lefkada town, only a couple of minutes by car. Also there are pleanty of restaurants, couple of bakeries and a mini market near the villa, in Tsoukalades (you can reach these on foot too). You can park your car near the villa, which was a plus for us. We were greeted by a friendly host, Nikos who showed us around the apartment. He also checked in a couple of times during our stay, making sure we have everything we need. Our apartment was cleaned halfway of our stay. You have a nice view from the patio and a grassy garden you can enjoy when you are not on the beaches.

Everything was perfect.There are so beautiful beaches near the location,the staff was very helpful and friendly ,the room was big ,clean and nice decoration.I like the colour of the house which creates a beautiful contrast with the nature I strongly recommend for good holidays..

Villa Maria has an extremely good location for visiting the beaches, the city is close, and near the villa you also have restaurants, a pharmacy, a bakery, markets... The apartments we rented were extremely clean and functional with comfortable beds. Halfway through our stay, the apartments were exceptionally well cleaned and the bed linen and towels changed. When we weren't on the beautiful beaches, we enjoyed the silence and peace of the large grassy yard surrounded by olive trees in front of the apartment, which was priceless. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning once during our stay. The owner Nikos is an extremely nice and kind host. For all these years of travel, this was the only accommodation we wanted to come to again because the service and the location of the villa itself are truly exceptional. All in all, a clean ten of us and I hope to rest again in the same place next summer.

Comfortable and spaces studio with all the amenities you need. Very quiet veranda with natural shadows from trees that opens up to a wonderful yard. The host was very hospitable and friendly.

Villa Maria has comfortable rooms, terrace and large green garden with olive trees ideal for rest. Very well equipped, very good location (on the main road, only a few km from the near beaches) with its own parking place. The host was very kind and friendly.
