The water was salty and not really good for my skin and hair but it is not that bad.

The staff was very friendly and involved in making the stay as pleasant as possible. Nice conditions for the advantageous price. The rooms were very clean and they take that seriously which is a big like. 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Super stylish accommodation, views of the mountains and the sea from the top floor. A short walk to the sea, 25 minutes to Oia by car. Room clean, comfortable beds, fair hair, everything you need. Only thing to improve could be the towels which were stiff and scratchy.

No negatives

From the moment we arrived we were greeted so warmly by George in reception who offered us a local beer which we fell in love with. The hotel has lovely clean facilities, rooms cleaned everyday, lovely pool and poolside. Breakfast was great with a nice choice everyday. All staff were lovely welcoming and informative. Beds really comfy Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

Because this is a beach destination, we would track a lot of sand in our room. There was a bit of a lack of sweeping where we were always walking on sand. The location can be a bit remote for some people. Directly around the villa there isn't much and some things seem to be abandoned or under construction

It is not about this accommodation but more like advice to travelers. We tried to find an accommodation close to the airport for our early morning flight but it was very difficult. We booked here and we really liked it but since Taxis in Santorini are expensive, we paid more for the taxi to take us to the accommodation from the Port and then to the Airport, than for the room.

It was very good value for money in Santorini, a nice room with a nice pool for the guests. The receptionist is very friendly and gives you all information about the hotel and the area.

A little away from the resort facilities. We didn't know in advance that the breakfast included in our prepayment was only a basic bread, coffee and juice provision. Other options mainly required a surcharge. Top ups of coffee would have been nice.

Big property with a very large pool. Walking distance to the water. Property manager George was very pleasant and kind. He worked very hard everyday to keep the place clean. He also worked in the restaurant serving breakfast always with a smile

In order to have the breakfast we wanted we paid extra than already paid for the included breakfast. For exemple, included in the price was the continetal one, but we wanted and got one with avocado and one with omelet. ' Good size room, big terrace, pool, good air conditioning, you will need in hot summer days

Great location - close to local restaurants, bars, beach and bus stop. Super breakfast - when booking with Booking.com you get simple Greek breakfast of bread, breadsticks, jam, honey, tea/coffee and juice. You can upgrade and pay the difference which was a great idea. George, the manager, was very welcoming and extremely helpful in giving recommendations for local tavernas. He was also very accommodating and let us have our room for a few extra hours as we had a very late flight.

Beautiful grounds and pool, well maintained property, 5 min walk from Perivolos & Perissa beaches and restaurants/bars. Room was well stocked with all amenities (hairdryer, iron, bathroom products), cold water and other refreshments, available at a very decent price. Cleaned daily, staff even tidied our snacks and belongings. Breakfast was delicious. But the highlight of our stay was GEORGE from the front desk. So lovely, knowledgeable, arranged all of our transportation (ATV, ferry, transfer to/from airport). Made us feel like a part of the Villa Markezinis family, and helped us celebrate our new engagement with a bottle of champagne on the house. THANK YOU GEORGE, for your hospitality and warmth!!!

A hidden gem!!! which felt like a private villa clean family friendly and the perfect back drop . Room was spacious for 3 and very clean. 5 minutes walk to beach . Owner allowed us late check out which was fab and helped arrange transfers . Wonderful stay
