Walls are not sound-proof. Pillows were a bit too thick for my baby-like taste.

Great room with views to the sea. 15 min walk to several good restaurants and the beach. Peaceful and quiet.

We were given a room with hotel building view. Cleaning service could be better, after arrival we needed to open windows to get rid of humid stinky air. Juices on breakfast could be real, not some chemicals mixed with water.

Nice hotel setting with beatiful views of coastline and hotel gardens. Comfortable beds, nice interior decoratings. Quite good parking possibilities in hotel area. Overall good experience, can recommend.

Cleaning was lacking, especially in breakfast area. Tables very dusty. Some staff seemed to lack training. The dead plants on the way to room and the sight of the disused swimming pool was not good.

Lovely large room and balcony with sea view. Room clean on arrival. Breakfast selection good. Not too far to town. Overall a good stay, but scope for improvement.

I loved the beautiful renovated rooms with the wonderful view that comes along (we’ve stayed in the junior suite and the maisonette). Beautiful lobby and wonderful breakfast view. The pool was also very nice and it was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. This hotel is very dog friendly! We’ve stayed here with our dachshund for 10 nights and she received nothing but love from the staff. The staff was very friendly and the hotel had such a cosy and calm environment. Highly recommend!

More than happy with everything but a bottle of water in the room would have been welcome on the first day and possibly a kettle with tea/ coffee for those staying a few days.

Super breakfast!. Lots of choice for all tastes. ( hot , cold, fruit etc) You eat breakfast on a balcony looking out over a stunning view. The hotel is set in beautiful area with fruit trees such as figs and pomegranates on site, with a very attractive and well maintained pool. The room was very clean with a balcony looking over to the sea. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air-conditioning was great. Fridge worked well and wasn't noisy. The hotel is away from the town but is in walking distance to the beach and town. ( about 15 mins) Overall it was a great experience.

For the first time I was very surprised after entering the hotel.This wasn't in a negative way but a positive one.I don't remember the last time I liked an accomodation so much.The room felt incredibily cozy while the dining and living room felt relaxing and welcoming.The view was indescribable even more specifically during breakfast.The staff at the reception,specifically Katerina and Evelina and the always everywhere and whenever you need Cristina,with their always smiling attitude make you feel at home and at ease which feels infectious and affects the guests positively.I believe the whole staff has a similar attitude even if we haven't had the chance to interact with everyone.We just arrived home but If we could,we would turn around and be back there in an instant.Thank you for everything!

There appears to be a lack of meticulousness when it comes to maintaining the hotel's cleanliness. The pool tiles and the drains were noticeably in need of a thorough cleaning, most of them had algae looking substance. Additionally, many of the textile mats and beanbags around the pool were also in need of a proper cleaning. Regarding the breakfast arrangement, it was well-organized. However, the quality of the food did not meet our expectations.

The design of the hotel interior is very modern and the rooms are well equipped with everything. The pool area also has a very nice design. Looks like the pool has been recently renovated. The location of the hotel is very quiet and within walking distance to the beach.

Unfortunately it was a bit under my expectation. I had a room in the main building. the sleeping area was renovated, but bathroom was still old, the shower was super tiny. there was also a bad smell of toilett in the hallway, cause those rooms have a small window between bathroom and hallway. and of course, if someone is using the toilett, it smells in the hallway. that is quite disgusting. Also there was no WiFi in my room. The pool is nice, but the pool bar is nothing….

We wanted to stay outside of main holidays place in Crete while staying nearby beaches with well connected roads. This place perfectly met what we were looking for. Hotel is recently renovated so do avoid googling past photos as these were before the renovations and the ones on Booking.com matches the reality of current rooms. Breakfast had broad variety of everything you expect from breakfast, with beautiful seating areas with the direct view to the seaside. Property helped us to arrange a pick up from Heraklion airport which was very convenient. This hotel is run by family and we got an amazing support from both ladies at the reception ( owners ). They helped us to arrange car rental from local agency as we wanted to avoid driving from Heraklion as that is quiet a distance. There is enough of free parking spots, renovated pool with comfy sunbeds, pool bar serving food and drinks, 10 mins walking you reach local & clean beaches. There is also a bus stop close to the hotel from where you can catch a bus to Kalamaki or Matala during summer season very frequently. Overall, highly recommended place to stay mainly for a great personal approach of the owners who are very helpful and kind so you can enjoy the holidays to its maximum but as well as beautifully renovated & clean hotel.
