How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We didn't like that our vacation was over and we had to leave.
The room was very cozy and clean. The bathroom is wide and had hot water all the time. The location was top, very close to the beach and with an incredible view of Olympus. The hostess is a great woman. We will definitely be back again someday. The room had a kettle for hot water, a hot plate, a sandwich toaster, bathroom amenities, towels and clean bed linen.

The location is perfect, in front is the main street with all the shops. It is 1 min walk from the main southern parking, and 3 min walk from the beach. The room and the balcony were large and spacious. It was very clean and tidy.

The place was awsome, Niki and her daughter was extremly kind and helpfull. The rooms were absolute clean. The refrigerator broke down but the same day we got a now one. Perfect guest hosting!!!

The AC was old and broke down twice (in different ways) but it was fixed the next day. The filters on the AC was not cleaned and it's filters were ripped. There were no screens on any of the windows so the fresh air would only come in with mosquitoes. The bathtub, toilet and sink were not cleaned well and we cleaned them ourselves.
The lady there was verry nice and friendly. The bed sheets and towels were very clean and replaced regularly. The propery uses a boiled that is sufficiently large so that we always had hot watter. Kitchen dishes and other utensiles were good enough. Location was perfect. The propery is about 2 minutes away from the beach and the stores and restaurants are just down the stairs. Matreses were comfortable and the beds are good for tall people (2m tall people).

The apartment is big and clean You have enough towels that get changed on 2 days and the room is cleaned as well.Niki is amazing host,ready to assist in any way.
The vila is 2 minutes to the beach at the same time a little away from the croud and noise.The wi fi is good as well.

I must say that I have no negative impressions. The accommodation is exactly as it is given in the description. The room is big enough, the bathroom is excellent, the balcony has a partial view of the sea. Communication without any complaints, all in all a well spent vacation.

Рooms are a bit small.
The villa is nicely decorated and clean, 1 minute to a beautiful beach and the promenade. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The supermarket is right in front and there are many taverns nearby.

Everything at Villa Niki was exceptional. The location, facility, staf. The apartment was very nice, with a nice balcony, the supermarket was very near, beautifull beach just around the corrner. The service was perfect. The hospitality of the owner and her daughter was extraordinary!!

We have very clean i comfortable studio, with nice balcony and big bathroom. Niki and her daughter are very kind. They always asked us if we needed anything. I can only say the best about them and the Villa. The beach and a large parking lot are close about 50 m.

The staff are always smiling, communicative, especially Niki and her daughter. The facility is clean and tidy, the location is near the beach. That's why I extended my stay for another day. I will come later.

Villa Niki is such a nice place. The room was very clean i mean very very clean. The location is perfect you make 10 steps from the property and you are at the beach. The host, I don't even have the words to describe how polite and nice they were. They welcomed us with cold water and sweets which was so lovely. There were clean towels, extra sheets, shampoos, shower gels, full equipped kitchen, even an anti mosquito products. Thank you for making our holiday pleasant.

We spent four nights in Villa Niki on our way around Greece. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Great starting point for excursions (Archeo Dion, Meteora, Olymp ...) and at the same time a few steps from the sandy beach. The hostess was very nice. We lacked nothing - equipped kitchen, air conditioning, toiletries, towels - enough of everything. Thank you.

The location of Villa Niki was above our expectations. It was very close to the beach, the room was very cool, clean, with access to the garden, the kitchenette was equipped with everything you need. The hosts were extraordinarily nice. They received us with cold water and something sweet plus a toy for our puppy.

The rooms are OK, basically well equipped, but they already require renovation.
The hospitality of the hosts is at the highest possible level. The location of the Villa is only 100 m from the beach and restaurants.
