The bathroom(s) were quite small and everytime we took a shower we would inevitably spill the water all over the bathroom floor.

Our hosts Rania and Stelios were very kind, helpful and warm. Rania made a delicious breakfast (the homemade marmelade was a blast) and gave us many useful tips about what to visit on island. The view was wonderful and everything was very clean. Definitely hosts and a place to return to.

Beautiful, comfortable structure, located in the greenery with a breathtaking swimming pool. Welcoming and kind staff, things not taken for granted in today's times. Excellent room cleaning.

was treated as friends as soon as we arrived, welcome drink, shown to our rooms. rooms clean and serviced every day. pool was lovely to have as well as drinks around the pool and breakfast. couple gave us good places to eat and where to hire a boat and organized it for us. had an amazing stay and was sad to leave, will return.

The driveway up to the Villa is quite steep, especially at the end of a walk from town. You need to take care crossing the road in front of the Villa as it is on a bend.

Whilst the Villa was out of the main town it was right next to a bus stop )No. 5) so if you didn't want to walk into town it was easy enough to get there. The owners were great and very helpful giving useful information for trips I was planning to go on. There is a supermarket just at the end of the driveway as well and the owner there was very helpful and friendly

Rania and Stelios were very welcoming hosts. The villa is in the perfect location, we walked into town every evening which only took 10-15 minutes. We used the parking spaces for our hire car and loved the room, it was very clean and the bed was comfy!

Nothing to dislike but be aware there's a steep slope or long set of steps up from the road ( good exercise after a lazy day on the beach)

We enjoyed a great week here. The welcome, after a very early start for our flight, was lovely. The accommodation itself was better than we had expected, clean, linen changed every other day, with a view over the sea. Super comfy bed and A/C if required. Well kept grounds and garden with lots of plants. Also, it's by the bus stop which takes you back to Skiathos town or any one of the numerous beaches it stops at in the other direction. Hopefully we'll be back.

Great location 10 minutes from beach and 15 into town. My room was on the top floor with an amazing view, a really comfortable bed, great shower and cleaned every day. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller.

Apartment was very clean, which is really important to me. Also location was great, only 10-15 minutes walk to the city-centre and 1 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very very kind, also amazing breakfast & delicious feta cheese ! :) To sum up, I really recommend staying here, 10/10 :)

Everything about Villa Nina was excellent. Stellios and Rania made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent and the rooms were the cleanest ever experienced on holiday.

Nothing yes it is by the main road as are many properties but to be fair when you have the air con on and the door closed it makes no difference. it really didn’t brother us at all. there are quite a few steps and the driveway is steep - especially if you are on a higher floor but at least you’re working off some of your holiday food! our bathroom was small but adequate and functional. it does depend on which room you are staying in.

My daughter and I stayed here in a first floor twin room with a sea view. We felt very safe and comfortable here. The bus stop was literally at the end of the drive (so easy to catch the bus to other beaches), there are 2 supermarkets (corner shops) within 2 mins of the property. if you wanted to walk to beaches it was easy to do that too. in the evenings we found it an easy 20/25min walk into skiathos town via the back streets. Rania and Stelios was very welcoming and kind. some mornings we had breakfast by the bar/swimming pool and sometimes we sorted ourselves out. it was very flexible. The room and the grounds were really immaculate and I am very fussy!! We loved that our bedding was changed during our stay.
