Everything was perfect!

We had a fabulous stay in Chalki. We were met at the port to help with our luggage. (Arrival and departure). We were given a free upgrade from the host which made our stay more magical. The view from the terraces offer magnificent sights of Chalki. The villa was so lovely, everything exceeded our expectations. Wish we could stay more!

There was nothing we didn't like - I was aware we had booked the apartment with the small balcony - there is a view from the balcony which is fine but maybe not as much of a view as from the upper floor. The only other thing is to be aware the steps up from the harbour are quite steep - but once you find your way there are other routes up from the village which are an easier walk

The apartment was lovely, really well equipped had everything you needed and more. Nice quiet location. Georgios the host was really great - kept checking if we needed anything and arranged everything beautifully for us. We have been to Halki a number of times and would be happy to stay here again

Nothing everything was perfect

The ultimate in beauty and comfort. Welcomed and accompanied (transport of our luggage) to the villa where everything is available, impeccable spotless and equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The rental manager Georgios is always available and was so nice to give us this upgrade for the villa. The view from the 2 terraces could not be more breathtaking, paradise on earth. Close to everything, supermarkets and restaurants all as good as each other. The house was amazing, very well situated and having two terraces with the most spectacular view of the bay and the sea. It was very peacedful.to sit and gaze the blue and listen to the sound of the sea. The rooms were very comfortable the kitchen super equipped and the internet super. Georfe has been an amazing host offering us an upgrade to the upper floor with the view, was always available.to reach and very willing and helpful.to provide us with all info requested. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return to it.

Rosalia Apartments overlooks the magical harbour in the beautiful island of Halki. It is a stunning place and a beautiful homely apartment perfect for a family and married couples or a group of respectable friends, with multiple bedrooms and various balconies it feels like being home in a mellow Grecian island. The view of the harbour at night from the terrace is magical, the charming interiors and stone walls of the property feel authentic but with modern comforts such as good air conditioning, comfortable beds and good wifi. Giorgios the host was very welcoming and helpful and catered around our ferry arrangements, he was very flexible and hospitable.

it’s position and views were outstanding. we thought that the apartment would be nice from the online photos but it surpassed our expectations. We particularly liked the upstairs terrace which was big enough for everyone to sit and eat and where we spent most of our time when we were at the apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Chalki, the host was extreme friendly and very communicative. From the moment of the booking we kept in touch to manage our arrival and during our stay he regular checked in on us. The apartment is part of a house which blends in the local architecture. Chalki is a postcard! It has a very relaxed atmosphere and life takes place on the waterfront. Everything you need is on a 5min walk. We wished the ferry schedule was in our favor to stay a little bit longer on chalki. When we come back we would definitely stay here again!

The property would not really be suitable for people with mobility problems due to the number of steps to reach it from the port - there is a ‘flat’ path from the same road as the Little House of Chalki museum but you have to squeeze between two buildings to access the villa (not suitable for anyone who is particularly large) or again access via steps.

This was our fourth visit to Chalki and we travelled as two couples with a toddler. The villa is so much bigger than we expected, with three terraces, two bathrooms, two large bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room and living room, and lots of space. The views are beautiful from the upstairs terraces. The villa was so well stocked and fully furnished with everything we needed including unexpected benefits including a washing machine (and powder!), coffee machine with fresh espresso, toiletries, linen etc. Our toddler had a very comfortable and large travel cot and a highchair. The host was extremely helpful, kept in regular contact with us and nothing was too much trouble. Assistance was provided with our luggage as we moved from a property elsewhere to the Villa, and we were able to check in early and out late at no extra cost because no one was staying either side of us. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Chalki, we were so pleased with the Villa!
