It is one of the best customer services hotel I have ever stayed at. Me and my wife decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in Greece with our son. The first stop was at Mykonos. Mei and her team were wonderful. Made all accommodations possible from transportation to laundry service. Most importantly, the hotel was very child friendly. She even checked up on us while we were in Athens to be sure we got everything we needed. Thank you Mei for making an experience we won't forget.

Absolutely nothing! It was amazing.

We had an incredible stay at Sharm Hotel and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Mykonos! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had breakfast included with our booking which was delicious and there was lots of choice. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed a few days relaxing there with drinks and food at the bar. The location is close to Mykonos town however we chose to get taxis with Andy, who is the hotel’s driver and the cost of this was very reasonable. But what really made our trip special was Mei and her team :) Mei and the staff genuinely couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and lovely. I informed Mei before we arrived that it was my partner’s 30th birthday and she went to every effort to make our trip so special with some lovely surprises - she even encouraged me to drop off my photos and balloons in secret and her team made our room into a birthday surprise whilst we were at the pool! :) overall we had an incredible stay and our only negative was that we wished we could have stayed for longer! Thank you very much Mei and the team, we will be back again one day!

Nothing really bad comes to mind. Sometimes you had to wait a little longer at breakfast, but that wasn't bad because everyone was so nice and we were on holiday. Mykonos town is not far away, you can walk (15 min), but it's not a very nice walk, as you have to walk along the road at the beginning.

We stayed at Sharm Hotel in September with a group of friends and it was just fantastic. From the moment we arrived until we had to leave, we enjoyed every moment there. Mei and all the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The team at the bar was also great and the breakfast was just lovely. No request was too much and we were really pampered. Our Villa Sharm was stylishly furnished and offered enough space. The terrace on the upper floor and the view of the sea and the sunset was incredible and also the pool on the lower terrace was lovely. Unfortunately, it was windy for a few days, so we couldn't use the terraces as much as in the first days. Overall it was an amazing stay and I can highly recommend.

The staff from top to bottom were exceptional and outstanding. We had a phenomenal experience all around, largely thanks to the graciousness of Mei and her staff. I would absolutely recommend anybody looking to stay in Mykonos to stay at The Sharm. I can't say enough good things.

We had the most perfect stay at Sharm Hotel. With special thanks to Mei! She was on hand with whatever we needed, and more than willing to help us out throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and roomy. The staff were super friendly & couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Super close to hotel & the centre of Mykonos. The hotel offer free pick up / drop off from the airport. We can’t wait to go back already. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Loved the whole experience with staying at the sharm hotel. It was beautiful, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be.
