Loved every part of our accommodation and stay. If i had to be really fussy would be incredible if it had a pool bar. But we really enjoyed our stay.

The sofa beds we used as a group of 3 adults were somewhat hard, as was the pillow. Getting to the property requires going through quite a few narrow roads.

Beautiful property, lovingly maintained and with a gorgeous view over the sea. The rooms were plain but adequate and with a sizeable sitting area outside. We enjoyed having a table tennis table, for which we were provided with bats.

The only criticism was that one of the single beds has a wooden bar along it so makes it uncomfortable to sit or sleep on.

The grounds of the complex are gorgeous and beautifully kept, but the star of the show is the incredible 180 degree view of the coast, from the fabulous pool area. The rooms are fairly basic but had all the amenities you need. The staff were excellent and so accommodating. They could teach some 5* hotels a thing or two. Shout out to Emiliano for the warm welcome, and to Johanna and Marta for their warm and efficient excellent customer service. Will be recommending Villa Theodora to friends.

Lovely apartment with large patio & fabulous sea view. Quiet & spacious. Small kitchenette, modern bathroom, lovely Greek style living area. Helpful staff. Close to excellent grill restaurant & small mini market (walking distance). Parking on site - you will need a car. Absolutely loved it here & would not hesitate to book again.

Not much not to like! We were aware of the location in advance so this is not a criticism. More for other guests to be aware. The villa is located up steep and windy roads, about 10 to 15 mins drive to the nearest beaches. A car is of course essential to make the most of the area. So as long as you are aware then you will enjoy. Plus it really makes the views amazing.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Theodora in Lakithra. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was spacious with everything you need to be comfortable. The views were spectacular. A short walk to the shared pool which the kids loved. Some lovely restaurants and beaches within driving distance makes the villa a great base to explore from.

Only downside I can think of is no microwave but we made use of the electric hob to heat whatever we needed to.

Excellent location. Airport, beach, Lidl and argostoli all close by. Beautiful views, we had a balcony upstairs and downstairs. Clean rooms and can’t fault the service from the staff. Well equipped kitchen. AC worked a charm because it was so hot! Very much recommended

The apartment was comfortable, clean and had enough room for 5. The decor inside was also nice. The pool was a good size and well maintained and we often had it to ourselves. It was also located right in front of our apartment which was handy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful and within a 10minute drive of Argostoli and some nice beaches. There are only two or three places to eat within walking distance so I would say a car is essential, especially in the heat

Quite a few mosquito-like insects in the property but none of got bitten.

It’s a lovely family run villa. It’s large and beautifully kept. The view in the morning just put a smile on our faces.

Occasionally there were short temporary drops in the WiFi internet connection, but this is just a minor issue that's outside of the owner's control and could be ignored. Just be mindful of it if you need to rely on a steady internet connection for work or other tasks.

Apartment may have been suffering a bit of end of season wear and tear but it didn't stop us having a lovely stay.

Apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. Cleaners very friendly and helpful. Gardens were lovely. Pool area was lovely too. Area had easy access to lovely beaches. We were able to arrange early check in.

WiFi was rather slow but it was about the only thing that the property could improve on.

The view was exceptional from our balcony and we sat and had breakfast there every morning admiring it! Lovely spacious apartment equipped with all the things you'd need for a comfortable stay. Location was superb, close enough to the airport, beaches, restaurants and a convenience store, yet very quiet and serene. The pool area was stunning, overlooking the rest of the island. We received a very warm welcome from the host who showed us around the apartment which was impeccably clean. The whole place gets cleaned daily too which was a bonus. Overall, a very comfortable stay and exceptional value for money!
