This was a last minute booking for us, but a great find. Lovely quiet location with super staff. The room was very luxurious, with a great shower and super comfy bed.

The dinner wasn't so great, although the price was very fair. The rooms on the first floor have no windows, there are big glass doors facing the patio, and thus facing everyone that passes by and the room across from it, so if you want to let air in there's no privacy. I was given such a room and asked to be moved to a different one, which cost me extra. So when booking make sure which room you get

Breakfast service could be a bit chaotic. Lack of cups, glasses, water, cutlery etc. Hotel currently overlooks an active building site - loads of noise throughout the day and not a great view from the balcony

Would be better if Deck chairs were to be cleaned more often and a better range of free soft drinks with meals. Would be nice to have the bar tender to come to the table's and the deck chairs to get your drinks.

The hotel was in a quiet spot but near lots of restaurants, and there was a train shuttle to take you around the island . Maria was very helpful The pool and views amazing

I want to start with a huge thank you to the one who saved my vacation MARIAH SKARAKI I arrived at the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to, with the most amazing receptionist I've ever met, Maria Skaraki . The hotel is located a short drive from the city center, very suitable for couples. I arrived alone and wanted quiet, but for me alone the hotel was too quiet. And I didn't take a car in my budget. The second I contacted Maria, she made phone calls and made sure to find me a hotel located in the city center so that I would be close to everything and would not need a car. Everything was with a smile and joy! The best service I received in one hour of staying at the hotel. Maria you are amazing! Huge thanks!! it's not taken for granted!!

Perfect location,quiet, very large room. We got an upgrade from a standard room to one with pool and a sea view. Was a nice experience and we enjoy it. The design of the room is unusual and make you feel very confortable. Maria and Marina were very professional and make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was also very good and varied and with quality products. I recomand this hotel and will return in the autumn.

The room had a nice appearance, but there were a few things missing, such as a garbage bin and warm sheets, which would have been appreciated because the night wasn't that warm. Another issue we encountered was the extremely poor or nonexistent cell phone signal. This meant that the only option for making calls was to go outside or rely on the Wi-Fi. The television only offered one channel, specifically BBC news, which was a bit unusual. However, since our stay was only overnight, it wasn't a major concern. In addition to the minor inconveniences mentioned above, the most significant problem was the noticeable humidity in the room, which caused the sheets to become damp or wet. The room had a distinct smell due to the humidity. We checked in very late, so we didn't bother to ask to change rooms because we left early the next morning.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect. The biggest thing was the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel. And yes the facilities were excellent too. Fantastic pool with fabulous sea views. Lovely bar and restaurant. We will be back again I’m sure.

far from the city center

amazing privet hotel, very quiet, no children… the staff are very welcoming, there is a rooftop with chairs and pool very nice. I took a suit with a private pool- the suit was very big, a lot of space, the privet pool is super nice, but not warm, so afternoon its cold. near the hotel there a a lot of tavernas (4 minutes walk), the Hersonissos harbor is around 30 min walk or 10 min by car.

Very good hotel in the old town of Chersonissos, we had a good surprise at our arrival because we booked a normal room with seaview but they gave us the junior suite for the whole stay. I would recommend it if you want to stay in a calm environment, and it's only 2 km away from the cost where it's very animated even at night.

The pool is slightly smaller than I thought and sometimes when we put the “please make up room” sign on the door even if it was early in the morning and we were out for the whole day the room wasn’t made up, but not a massive deal and overall the stay was amazing would 100% recommend.

The staff were so so nice and welcoming we had an amazing time and were really looked after! The property was in a great location only 5 minutes from the local village and a 15-20 minute walk from the beach!

Horrible management, what kind of place makes their employees work 10hrs extra without a day off and no extra payment for all the overtime. No gym unfortunately.
