If you are looking for a relaxing, quite laid pack holiday far from crowds, this is the place to stay :) we stayed with 2 kids - 10 and 15. The suits are rather new and comfortable with kitchen appliances, air conditioning and sufficient amount of towels. The pool is great! The staff will do everything to make your stay comfortable :)

The kindless and disponibility of our Host. The suite was very good , with beautiful lights and was functional. You are near Heraklion but not too close, and some beautiful beaches are around. Swimming pool is a good extra to enjoy your trip.

Everything was fine and exceeded our expectations.

Exceeded our expectations. Located in quiet area. About 5 min walking distance to sea, tavernas, grocery and beach stuff shops. As we used rented car, there is private safe covered parking lot. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Kitchen area are with all needed appliances (dish washing machine, microwawe oven, coffee machine, espresso machine, tea kettle, etc). Every second day they fill up fridges with provisions you need for breakfest.Most vegetables and fruits are from their own gardens. Every room has a balcony. Washing machine for your clothes available in each room. Nice pool with sea view. We and our children realy enjoied it. Pool bar available where you can order some cold and hot snacks. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We felt very privately and like at home. There are only 8 rooms in two buildings so you never feel any crowds. Definately I can recommend these premises for people who like quiet atmosphere. Hope to come back at first opportunity.

Everything was amazing! Super responsive before , when checking everything and throughout the stay. All ingredienta for the breakfast were available and great, fruits and vegtables handfull! We felt like at home. The rooms are very clean. In short- very much reccomended!

There was not a single thing to dislike.

This apartment complex is simply amazing, I cannot rate it highly enough!!! The suites are spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. The freshest fruit and vegetables, pastries, bread, yoghurt, cheeses and juice are delivered to your apartment so breakfast can be enjoyed at your leisure. The bed’s are so comfortable, with beautiful cotton bedding. Fresh towels for both the pool and showering are delivered every other day, or sooner if you request. The pool area is also spotlessly clean, with luxurious sun loungers, a gorgeous pool and excellent poolside bar. However, the absolute best part of our stay were the staff. The housekeeper is meticulous in her keeping of the rooms, and will provide you with everything you need for your room and more. The manager (and of course her gorgeous little dog!) simply cannot do enough to make your stay as perfect as possible. Between them, they have provided the absolute greatest service we have experienced at any hotel across the world! They truly are the kindest of people. As a family party of 7, ranging in age from 13 to 75, we have all agreed 100% that we would return here in a heartbeat!!!!

The eggs, bread in the apartment were a good idea but we would've liked breakfast served.

The suites were very clean and the staff pleasent and personable. It was quiet and peaceful but near everything. You definitely need a car or some transport.

We really enjoyed everything about this place!. I think having a cutting board would be helpful to have on hand, when cutting up the vegetables and fruits for the breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for one week and the time just flew by. So much to see and explore! We had a car and so were able to travel about the area and really appreciated coming back to a quiet, peaceful retreat. Danae was very friendly and helpful and made every effort to ensure we had a lovely stay, which we did! The pool and patio areas are also so nice to enjoy after a hard day of sight-seeing!

We were very disappointed with breakfast. We chose the place for that they say they provide breakfast and it was the main thing for vacation with kids - you don’t have to cook. And in no way we could expect we will be cooking it ourselves as hotel only provides ingredients for it. That should not be advertised as breakfast. At least there were dishwasher so we didn’t have to do dishes 😆

The place was immaculate. Everything new, clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Thank you so very much for a lovely week at Elysian Suites!!! We absolutely loved our stay. The suite was perfect, very clean, good size and with a lovely view at the pool. Great breakfast in the fridge, very convinient to descide when to have breakfast by ourselves. A perfect pool and sunbeds, an extra bonus was that we we’re alone at the pool most of the days! The peak of the day was the Cretan Salad that we had for lunch EVERY day 😋😋😋 Perfectly made by Danae. Danae was a perfect host and always at our service with whatever we needed. She helped us finding great restaurants as Saradari and Sofas Taverna. Both were perfect. We even booked a second night at Saradari! Her lovely little dog Melina cought all our hearts ❤️ We can definitely recommend Elysian Suites and would love to come back.

The air conditioner didn’t worked that good, it wasn’t warm but it wasn’t cold like you would like in your hotel after a long day, but the crew tried to help as much as they could and even brought a technician to try and fix it. The breakfast was nice but could have bean more diversed.

Evry thing was truly amazing, from the start the crew was happy to help and give us information about prices of taxis from the airport and also helped us rent a car. the crew was so nice and helpful. helped us at any questions we had and gave us a lot of important information of special places in Crete we never heard of and some truly breathtaking places. The rooms were great, a lot of space and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools we needed. the beach is 2 minutes away by walk, and all the other spots are really close by taxi as well.

We arrived at the hotel at 9am and the room was ready. Danae was waiting for us. Danae have been amazing and have seen her caring for the place and the need to give excellent service. We were surprised that the room was as in the picture. Stunning. 2-room apartment, equipped with everything you need and very clean. The public area and pool were clean as if the place had just opened. Everything looks new. We got everything we asked for with a smile. excellent service. Danae is on site throughout the day. The place is quiet and is a 5 minute drive from the city of Hersonissos. Walking distance to the beach. The fridge has eggs, bread, milk, cheese, yellow cheese. Coffee maker, washing machine, stove and everything you need.

If we could think of something we would say but it was perfect.

We had the best stay at the Elysian suites, we had the most incredible host who gave us tips about excursions and incredible places to eat. We loved how quiet the area was and how we could walk down to the beach and watch the sunset each night we stayed at our apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed, a washing machine, fully functional kitchen and we could even see the sun set from our balcony. Our host was so accommodating anything we asked of her from more towels to extra washing tablets she was there for us at the drop of a hat, her little dog was so cute too, if we were ever to come back to Crete we would choose this place to stay again and again, Thankyou for being such a great place to stay and making our first visit to Crete so memorable.

Relaxed environment, very clean, well organized. Small complex, we had the pool to ourselves a few times. Owner is very helpful, helped us arrange a late dinner on arrival and gave many tips on where to go/eat. We used this location to explore the eastern part of Crete with a rental car. Kitchen is well equipped to make a light salad for dinner after that heavy Cretan lunch. Breakfast is served at room due to covid (fridge filled with eggs, tomatoes, fruit juice etc.). We liked it that way, no busy buffet or fixed times, lazy morning breakfast when you are ready :). Would book again!
