I had no complains

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night and I was thoroughly pleased. The room with a balcony offered a breathtaking view of the sea, and it was only a short 12-minute walk from the center. The room itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and met my expectations. I must commend the owner for their exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness to our suggestions for improvement. This level of dedication truly sets this establishment apart.

There was simply terrible Wi-Fi. Badly loading data, I could not work properly because of it. Also, the door to the balcony was very difficult to open, the handle did not work well, which caused inconvenience

I liked the hotel, it is located on the edge of the city, but very close to the beach, with beautiful views and incredibly clean water. it was about 20 minutes to the city center

The host who welcomed me at the hotel could be friendlier and more professional. Before my arrival they were kind enough to offer me a ride from bus stop upon learning that I was arriving by bus. I said there was no need to that and reached there by myself. Once I met him inside the building and told him that I have a reservation he looked me up and down then asked me if I was sure. After I answered him yes, instead of asking my name and checking their reservation list he looked at me once again with doubting eyes and re-asked if I was sure that this was the right place. I told him yes then he raised his eyebrows and answered me with a condescending tone “we will see now”. Only then he asked my name and checked the list. It was obvious that something about my looks was not right for him and he could not believe that I had a reservation there. I guess (and hope that its only this) I looked too “backpacker” to him. Later on after he found my name in their reservation list and he tried to act nicer but I was already pretty annoyed. Thankfully I did not have to get in contact with him for check out and returned the keys back to the kind lady who is aware of the basic rules of hospitality business.

The room was very clean and pretty comfortable. The location was good for a short stay. It’s 10 mins walk to the center. There’s is a nice restaurant and a market nearby. You reach to a nice and calm beach in 3 mins on foot from the hotel.

A shower curtain would be very helpful to prevent the water from splashing.

We’re very grateful to the owner for receiving us in the middle of the night. The room is tidy and clean with AC equipped.

The thing that bugged me the most was that in the overall view of the property, there are only pictures of the renovated and new rooms, while there's nothing regarding the older and much simpler rooms. I'm not saying our room was bad, but the expectations were set on a much higher level compared to the room we got.

The owner was very helpful, the place was pretty much clean, and overall we had a good experience with Viva properties.

Great stay for 1 night or more, we staied there the night before entering Mount Athos, rooms are spacious, clean, the bathrooms are clean and have everything you need and you are at about 20 minute walk from the center of Ouranoupolis where you can find wonderful terraces with great food

The owners are awesome. The room was very clean and the sea view was beautiful. There is a bar 1 minute walking and a taverna around 2 minutes walking. The city centre is a few minutes away with the car. There you can do boat trips to Drenia Island (and more trips). For sure when we will come back around, we will stay at you. Although the place was quiet at night, construction works were going on from 7am until 3pm every day including on Saturday. We were one wall apart from all the hammering and other wild noises. Near the property there were other construction sites, so the noise was coming from all directions. Maybe this is not a big deal for someone who gets up early anyway, but for me, being woken at 7am by hammers almost on my head is not the idea of holiday peace and quiet. We urged our host to tell the workers to stop at 3pm as the law in Greece requires and he did so. Otherwise the hammering would have continued for who knows how long.

I spent a magical time at the Viva Hotel.  The property: - is located in a quiet area with a direct view to the sea.  -is composed of large and bright rooms, comfortable beds, a huge balcony  from where you can enjoy the infinite sea and nearby islands with an eye-blink. -the advantage of using the kitchen facilities, including the furniture, fridge,  water warmer, cooking pots.  -is very close to the beach, less then 3 min walk to get access to the water, sunny, sandy beach.  - friendly owners and respectful staff ready to provide any help and guidance regarding the surrounding visiting area  -parking space available at the location -access to the restaurant and convenient shop in less than a 2 min walk.  I really recommend it!!!
