The recent natural flood disaster affected all Volos and surrounding regions. I hope that as a country, they will overcome these problems as soon as possible and return to normal life. I wish the whole country to get well soon.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is amazing, extremely clean and all small details are wonderful. The host was very friendly, helpful and provided all necessary information. The appartment is located in silent area but is walkable distance to the places of interest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony was a great spot to have breakfast or enjoy evening. If someday we will be back in Volos, we will choose this apartment for sure.

The beds were so comfortable, the area quiet although in the centre, and we couldn't get up early enough 🙂

The location is exceptional, 2minutes walk from the cafes/restaurants. We got free parking spaces for two cars. The appartment is as new, a smart home and fully equipped. The furnishings feel luxurious. The host was friendly, met us on time even though we rescheduled. He had everything prepared with all the useful info about the city and the surroundings. We feel we made a new friend.

Where to start? The apartment is huge. It has living room with tv and netflix, a well equipped kitchen with oven hob, 2 bedrooms, 1 ensuite and a separate bathroom with funky shower. Balcony with table and chairs 2nd floor with lift. Spotlessly clean Stakis, who showed us around explained everything and was really helpful 10 minute walk to the port with my small legs Dozens of eateries coffee shops and restaurants within a minutes walk. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again if in volos and thankyou for the early check in.

Pleasant and luxuriously decorated apartment in the city center. Parking is provided nearby. Very kind host. One of the few people to whom I wished a welcome in my city after a few minutes. I would recommend the apartment to anyone traveling to the Peloponnese, at least as a nice place to rest before continuing your journey.

We liked it all

Location The apartment is a five minute walk from the sea front. The closest "tsipouradiko", Barracuda, is only a two minute walk away. There are many more restaurants and cafés in the same area. The apartment and facilities The apartment is newly renovated and of very high standards! It has two bathrooms with very modern showers in both. The large bathroom has a new washing machine which we used to wash all our clothes. It also has a device with a built in radio and Bluetooth for streaming your own music. My teenage sons loved that and used it many times. The apartment has two bedrooms and they're both nicely decorated. Both have an AC. The neighborhood is quiet and we slept well and cool. The kitchen have new modern furniture and beautiful tiles. The water is filtered so you can drink from the faucet, no need to buy water from the store. We ate out all the time and didn't cook but the kitchen has all the tools for cooking and a full size stove. It also has a large refrigerator. The living room is large with two sofas and an armchair. It has a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. As all the other rooms the living room too has new furniture and is nicely decorated. The apartment has two balconies. The larger one has two armchairs and a small table. The apartment has free parking which we used. The WiFi is great in all rooms. Me and my two teenage sons used it all the time without problems. We went to the beach every day in the morning and in the evening we walked to one of the restaurants or tsipouradiko and ate dinner and watched football (Euro 2021) in a café. All in all this was our best stay in Greece ever. The apartment is in so high standards that I can only compare it with our stay in the five star hotel in Athens the Electra Metropolis Hotel a few years ago.

Apartment itself is functional and perfectly positioned. You can find all the things that you have in your home and much more. Owners did their best to decorate it perfectly. They are really responsive and their advises are friendly and helpful. All in all perfect place for visiting Volos and the area.
