Great location away from main cruise ship port with beautiful views and decent walk ability. If you don’t like crazy crowds stay here and Not in the main port. They get 7-10 cruise ships per day in that area and it’s a ZOO.

Many of the rooms were not handicap accessible due to the location. I suspect many of hotels on this island are not equipped with elevators. The price you pay for the spectacular views both sunrise and sunset

The entire staff made themselves available for all of our wishes and needs. Without fail always asked if there is anything else. Manny the assistant manager addressed promptly any concerns. Chris the head waiter at the Fly Away Restaurant made himself available beyond his duties as our waiter in this 5 star restaurant.

Modern and comfortable room, nice balkony with private pool. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The staff was amazing and highly professional, always gentle and helpful. Our daily Highlight was definitely the breakfast which was served at the room and left no space for complaints. The Restaurant was great, we booked a dinner in the evening and it was a highly enjoyable experience.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, specially at the reception and pool area. We had our stay at the executive suite it was nice pool and lake view and the breakfast was amazing. To me everything thing was amazing and sure I'll take this vacation with the same hotel from time to time

Breakfast is the unbelievable best! We enjoyed eating it for 4 days!! The staffs were so friendly and helpful!!!! We love them!! The location is the perfect place to stay! We glad that we picked that hotel over Oia or Fira! It's pretty quiet and less crowded!

The pool was a little colder than I would have liked but other than that, everything was exquisite.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the fresh lemonade on arrival to the parting gift. The infinity pool view from the terrace is unreal and the food and drinks were delicious.

This place is simply amazing. I've stayed here twice now, and it will remain my go to location while visiting Santorini. The staff is extremely attentive to every need. You may be the only person lounging at the amazing infinity pool, but there will be a bartender and multiple staff members on hand waiting for you to request something. I absolutely love this place.

After visiting OIA and FIRA it’s so much better being away from the tourist crowds we will definitely be returning and staying here. miss you guys already xx

I had the most enchanting stay at West East Suites in Santorini! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was captivated by the elegance and beauty that surrounded me. Perfect sized hotel in the best location possible in Santorini, halfway between Fira and Oia, right on the trail path and offering fantastic view, including the mythical sunset. The staff is calm and yet very reactive and professional, the food is delicious.

The house of horror lighting at the pool and restaurant. It really lets the decor down as everything else is incredible.

The best view and location, fantastic value in comparison to other hotels. Beautiful, clean room. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were helpful and kind. I would recommend getting a quod bike so you can get to ether of the two towns quickly and cheaply. If you like peaceful but accessible this is the hotel for you. I would go back.

We stayed in a luxury suite and I feel for the amount of money we spent a complimentary hotel transfer could have been arranged.

The view from West East Suites is unbelievable. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and waking up and going to sleep with the view is something you can’t move past! Reception team were super helpful and friendly. The location is in-between Fira (about 40 mins walk) and Oia (1hour 15 mins walk) but private transfers are available. Breakfast was served each morning from a menu that you could choose from and it arrives at your chosen time in your room or you can go to the main bar area.

Wish our suite was a little more private. The hotel pool was right in front of our room, so it felt a little public. In order to get privacy, we had to close the curtains to our courtyard, but that meant no caldera view.

Breakfast is amazing! We loved our private heated pool. They decorated the room for our honeymoon! Restaurant was right outside our room. Great view. Easy access to coastal walkway.
