How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Right next to the motor way so if you're looking for a quiet night's sleep...you'll need earplugs.

Location not inspiring, but close to highway so easy accessible, bathroom bit small for 4 persons. Not much around.
Clean place, price/ quality, very nice owners, everything was available, nice little patio. Washing machine to quickly wash some clothes of the kids. I had booked this as a 'sleepover stop' but I would definitely go back should I explore this region. The city was very nice and good food.

It was very clean. The beds very, very comfortable. We got also coffee, bread and honey for free. I recommend the apartment.

All facilities in this spacious apartment. lots of thought has gone into design snd furnishing. great communication and a warm welcome. great taverna within 100 meters of property. Easy parking.

Excellent apartment equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In front of the apartment there is a nice garden where you can sit in the evening. We could also park the motorcycle in the yard. A very professional approach to tourism and a big plus for the apartment owner. Bravo

Amazing apartment, it is super clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful with the questions that I had, the location is easy to find and it has all the equipment someone might need. I recommend it, without a doubt!

The apartment is exactly as shown. It's really well taken care of, comfortable and spacious (for a couple) and the host is available if anything is needed. Location is good, not far away from the center. It's good value for money.

Suggest to improve the informations to reach the place. Better use geografical coordinates becouse Ayos leontion is common in the area and if used on the navigator Leeds to different places.

Although the property is declared pet friendly and we informed the owner we travel with our pets, owner's mother warned us from first moment of our arrival that our 2 cats they were going to make damages to the apartment. We affirmed her, our pets travel always with us and they had never caused any problems, having also their nails cut. From the very first night we 've noticed very high humidity in to the apartment although we used both existed a/c trying to reduce it. Glass windows and mirrors in the apartment were fully covered with humidity. Every morning we had to take out in the small garden our pillows and towels to dry them. Every day we had to ware humid cloths... We tried to sleep keeping windows a little bit open but apartment was attacked by a lot of kind of insects, spiders, flies, etc, because windows doesn't have nets. Bathroom is extremely small, with out window, w/c bowl and hand washing sink so small like in an old train. Several times we faced electrical black downs and we had to call the owner to reactivate the full electrical system from distance because he was the only one able to do it only from his mobile. In the garden, there was 2 chairs and a small table. The very first time we tried to sit on the chairs, one of them collapsed, I banged my head on the wall and since then I have permanently back pain. We informed owner and he blamed us ...for destroying his chair. Finally, after our departure, owner sent us some pictures with a few scratches on apartment's curtains, claiming 60€ for damages... As a booking.com user for 12 years, genius 3, we strongly recommend pet owners, DO NOT choose this property... For the rest of visitors, make your decisions... PS. Lots of photo proves available...
It was a cozy decorated small apartment with a cozy small garden.

Fully renovated and very clean with all the needed features so you can travel light. Plus very quick response from the owners in case you have any inquiries.
