Things that can be improved: food & deserts ( some of the ingredients could have better quality/taste), but generally the food was good & fresh; lunch to go( main course was a sandwich with 1 slice of cheese & 1 slice of ham), mosquito nests on door/window . If you don’t expect usual 5 star luxury ( the hotel is somewhere between 3 & 4 star), you’ll have a great staying in an all you need nice & decent hotel.

Good location, close to Rethymno, ( beautiful city), 15 km distance, but a rental car is recommended. The hotel provides all you need for a decent & pleasant staying ( all inclusive package) : accommodation, cleaning, pool, restaurant & private beach in front of the hotel. Food was good , fresh & diverse. Cleaning daily, if you want or need. We had a pleasant staying & appreciated the small details: welcome wine & fruits, bottled water daily, toiletries & beach towels ( 10 €/ deposit refundable). Thank you for a lovely staying!

-When we arrived we have got informed that the hotel is fully booked and that we receive instead of our actually booked room (sea view) the family room, which faces the street. After two nights we received a standard room with limited sea view. It was very disappointing, also from the way the receptionist had told us that information. The receptionist didn‘t apologize and couldn‘t find any other solution for us. That’s not a five star treatment, specially after a long journey and late Check-In. -You must be aware that the pictures on booking are false about the “Double room with sea view”. There you find picture of family suite, which is completely different category. But after our complaining to the manager, they made everything possible to give us better solution and we’ve received a third room, with a very good sea view. As apologize, the staff sent us wine and fruits; -We had read earlier about the bad cleaning and sadly want to confirm it. The room was not properly cleaned, although we had mentioned it to the receptionist.

-The sea is located so close to the hotel, that it takes only 10 steps to get there. There was always enough space as well as in the sun as in the shadow. You can deposit 10€ for beach towels and get always fresh one‘s when you need. After check-out, you get the deposit back. -The bar has such a great choice of cocktails. It was fun to try every time something new although compared to the cocktails we know, these compares more to mixed long drinks. The bar crew is very friendly; -The restaurant was the best for us. Every day you have very big choice of food, which is not only very tasty but also colorful and well-prepared. The crew of the restaurant was also amazing. The manager is very friendly and communicative; -The pubic area is well cleaned and the pool quality is 9/10. It is never crowded so you will always find a place to relax.

Food! Horrible, it’s more like an army base cooking, we ended up eating at the restaurants in town, the idea of all-inclusive doesn’t work here, food is horrible. Your better off booking at a normal hotel and spending the rest on outside food.

- Weak noise isolation in room - No attractions - You should pay money to weight your luggage (in 5 stars hotel 🤷) - You should order drinks (water, juice, etc) in restaurant during breakfast, dinner.., you cannot simply take it as usually in other hotels (not suitable for introverts 🤷)

It was dirty everywhere, on the territory of the hotel, in the rooms and near the hotel. The hotel itself is 3 stars but definitely not 5. If you want service and food for 5 stars, I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were in need of attention E.g ceiling tile falling off in bathroom, took over 24 hours for them to fix Chairs in room very rusty Mould along shower screen Limescale on shower handles Mirrors and doors unclean Very strong smell coming from drains in bathroom continually Food was very basic, served ‘canteen’ style. Selection not variable eg every night x2 options for dried pasta and a sweet tomato sauce, some pork/ occasional (what I think was fish) rice and potatoes/chips. Food wasn’t very hot Some foods unlabelled therefore unsure what they were. Some salad items and cheese available. Taxis east to get - approx €16 into the old town which is lovely- loads to do there, well worth it

-services and manager atitude - small and roughly parking, we have parked along the road - not TV services available during entire sojourn - tiny bathroom and uncomfortable (NO shower cabin door) - shower cabin always flooded - no entertainment - written instrunctoons ONLY in Polish language. Seems to be Polish hotel!! - annoying music al day long up to midnight - small and uncomfortable bar So on......

No five stars hotel! Nowhere written 5 stars, but Booking promoted as a 5 stars hotel. We don't understand because is NOT, it is less then 4 stars.

Clean and nice rooms. Food always rich in variety and quality. Hotel staff very keen on a satysfing service. Very fast and friendly waiters. Room was filled with fresh water every morning and nice welcoming with a bottle of wine / fruits. Transfer to the hotel and back to the airport was organized very well and easy. Very chilled location without any disturbing noises. Interesting and beautiful Rethymno easy to reach by bus/taxi

The only downside is the sound isolation. There is none. Anything happening in the hallways, regardless of floor, was heard right into the room. So if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll be struggling a bit.

This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We had issues with our plane where it got over 10 hours delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff had left prepared us nice plates with food, which was greatly appreciated. The facilities are very clean. The staff were super kind, professional and helpful. The food was amazing too. There were new dishes to try everyday at every meal, both greek foods and also other things.
