Kitchen shelves need quick fix.

Wonderful host - Spiros! I would describe it as amazing place, having suit-spot location between beach 10m, and downtown 500m. The accommodation is more than great. What you see in the picture, is what you get in real-life, air conditions, kitchen, super nice view, wonderful terrace, near downtown Metamorphosy, having Netflix, Xbox and more and more ... Every morning you makeup with the smell of a coniferous forest and fresh sea air! Can't compare to anything we know so far. Hope next year we visit it at least 2 times! Thank you

Spiros's apartment looks even better than the pictures on the website. Located in a quiet area, across the street from a small, cozy beach, 1 km from the center of Metamorphosis, the apartment has a big L-shaped balcony with a side view of the sea and a garden view at the back, overlooking pines and olive trees (and, sometimes, squirrels). This terrace has retractable sun shades and enough space to eat lunch/dinner or lavish on a comfortable sofa. By car, it is really close to many beaches up and down the coast (crowded or wild, wide and sandy or rocky, depending on taste) that can be easily found and explored by searching with Google Maps. The apartment is small but its space is very well used; it has quality, new furniture, and AC in both rooms (even though it is not a necessity, except maybe during the heat hours). The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need on vacation, should you decide to cook your own meals. A great plus is the shaded parking space under the building (the ground level is basically a big, open parking lot), Taverns, and supermarkets can be found nearby, even reachable on foot. Last, but not least, Spiros is a friendly, attentive host, who is always available for tips and advice, so the communication between us went very well.

Very close by the sea and at reasonable distance by taverns and shops, the 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a peacefull location and offers all the amenities needed for a 2 weeks vacation - all what is decribed and even more - plenty of sheets, towels and kitchenware, full endowned kitchen and large balcony with outside furniture. Special touches - moschito nets + electric devices for inside but also spiral for outside, washing machine and detergent, quality showergel and shampoo, plenty of hot water, longchairs and umbtrela on the small beach nearby, but also 2 chairs and umbrela to be taken at other beaches, good TVies with Netfix, Disney channel and games and very kind and helpfull host - always at a whatapp distance to help and support. Many thanks, Spiros! We will come again!

The beach has both sand and rocks, pool shoes are required.

Owner very thouthfull, even gave us a beach umbrella and beach chairs. You have the sea very close and also pine trees and olive trees. Quiet place.

As I didn't see any photos of the building the apartment was in, I was a bit disappointed about this aspect. The building is a bit old, it is like a block of flats from Thessaloniki. But we got over our initial disappointment, because the inside is just as described and like the photos. If you need to use the sofa bed from the living room, I must say it is not very comfortable...

The apartment is clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It actually has more than what we expected, from the kitchenware to beach stuff, we really had everything we needed. The area is very quiet, we could hear the sea at any moment, the neighbors were very quiet, we liked the walk along the beach. One cannot watch the sunset from the villa or the beach, but it didn't matter much, the evenings we spent at "home" were lovely anyway.

It's really hard to find anything as a con for this apartment, having in mind its price. It's exactly what we were hoping for and that's what we got. Very satisfied indeed.

The apartment is right across the beach, you literally need 30 seconds to get to it. Not only that, but on the beach you have your own fixed sun umbrella along with two sunbeads. They're always on the beach for you, you just need to unlock them whenever you want to use them. On top of that all, there are also two beach chairs we had at our disposal, which was perfect. The aparment has two ACs which are crucial when the temperature goes above 30. Netflix is available on a veeery big TV, as well as Sony Playstation and Xbox! The kitchen is packed with appliances - whatever you need, you will find it. There is parking available which is right below the building, which keeps your car always in shade. P. S. The toilet also has a built-in bidet. If you haven't tried it before, make sure to try it now - it will change your world!
