The staff were so friendly and accommodating! I was upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the caldera! You get to customize the breakfast each morning and it’s brought to your room to enjoy breakfast in bed or out on the gorgeous patio! The rooms are clean, very comfortable beds, warm water for showers, air conditioning and fridges in the rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the Red and Black Beaches and Akrotiri lighthouse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I loved the indoor jacuzzi with a view over Fira and Oia, that were visible at night. Really big jacuzzi for 2, with warm water, great for couples - we got the honeymoon suite. And the moon was rising from the other side of the island, from the sea, which was visible from their patio with sofas, near the reception. The breakfast was served on your own private patio, with chez longs and a beautiful view over Caldera. The room we got was splendidly decorated, with false ceilings imitating the moon. Everything white, warm, minimalistic yet cozy. Loved it all!

Very nice small hotel with cozy apartments. Very comfortable place to reach beaches and village center. Friendly and helpful staf. Very clean rooms, cleaning was coming every day. Breathtaking view from terrace. Fresh and delicious brekfast. All in all - highly recomended!

Cleanliness could have been better. The floor was dirty with sand/dust, but perhaps this was expected to happen, since the island is super windy and sandy. Some of the towels seemed to be old and stained.

Nikolas was a great host for us during our first visit to Santorini. He kindly helped us plan our itineraries for three days to get the most out of this beautiful island. Breakfast was delicious, the villas are comfortable and have a great jacuzzi with warm water to relax.

Nice location, good and comfortable rooms, excellent hosts in Zamora and Nik who provide good and appropriate guidance. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty.

The listing said that there was a washing machine, but there wasn't.

Everything went well. Nicolas and his family took very good care of us. They printed out documents that we needed and even replaced one of the air conditioners that stopped working (the very next day). They arranged for a rental car and taxis. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was relatively simple, and the facilities are nice (great jacuzzin in the room) but not luxurious. We weren’t expecting anything luxurious but worth saying in case someone has different expectations.

William’s Houses is super comfortable, great value for money (for Santorini standards) and offers amazing views of Santorini. The room was very clean and staff was amazing to us! It’s away from Oia, but you can go to Oia by car in 20 minutes. Also Fira is just 10 minutes away! It’s super close to the lighthouse in which you can see a perfect sunset!

Everything was perfect

Nikolas and the staff was very kind with us and always available to satisfy any request we had. The apartment was really big and with any comfort (kitchen, wash machine, living room, shower gel and dental kit etc.) The breakfast was really good and with fresh products, directly served in our terrace with a great view on Caldera. Since we had the flight to come back in the evening Nikolas gave us the possibility to stay in our apartment the whole day despite the check out should had been in the morning. He gifted us as well one night in the honey moon suite with a very beautiful jacuzzi directly in the room. If I will be in Santorini again I will come back for sure here! I give a 10 because I cannot give a higher score :) totally recommended.

Facilities which are mentioned on the site about the property is absolutely wrong.There was no snack bar in the room , no telephone, no water bottles. There was only one mini refrigerator with nothing inside and just coffee machine that's all. Location is far away from the bus stop. Only option to reach bus stop from the location is taxi( that is pretty expensive). Host provided us one bottle of water After asking and she told us we don't provide water bottles free of cost so we showed her our booking details as well still she was charging for the water bottles.

I just like outside Jacuzzi that's it. Breakfast was ok. Very less options for vegetarian. So I only had fruits in breakfast.

The hot tub that is outside is not so good: first, you have not that much privacy, as the hot tub is outside in front of the entrance where everyone pass. there are curtains to close the space and make it more private, but they don’t do the work properly. second, you can’t change the temperature, as the main power is at the reception. so my partner and me, we used the day to go visit Santorini, and the evening to spend time outside in the hot tub. first two days the water was warm, almost cold. the first night we couldn’t even ask to put it warmer, as the reception closed at 9. the day after we asked to put the temperature up. but again it wasn’t enough so second night as well the water wasn’t hot. third and last night I asked the receptionist to put it really hot and that’s when we actually enjoy at bit. shame that it was last day. overall is not so bad, but checking other places, you could get better room/facilities for the same price.

The housekeeping and the breakfast ladies were amazing and lovely, really kind.

Beds where very hard, location cost us alot in taxis, they advertized muti hot tubs but none were available.

We are quite sure that when we booked the room, the pictures showed a hot tub, and the overall feeling was that the room was of a certain standard. When we arrived the room was not only totally different than what we thought we booked but also it was of a much worse quality. We have used Booking so many times, we never did a mistake on how the room supposed to be. The room is called 'Studio - Split Level with Caldera View'. The furniture is of 3rd category, the bathroom the same. You could feel the towels were used for 1mln time, and the mattress quite bad. The whole room needed a refreshment. It was disappointing to know that we had paid +E130/day, for that type of room. Other hotels found an opportunity in these 2 yrs of Covid to make investments and refresh their properties, and to see that they didn't care to even make some basic improvements, it was just too frustrating. With 10-20euro more we booked the following day an amazing room in a hotel in Vothonas, Santorini, a much more convenient location.

While it offered all the services we expected, it wasn't quality, especially for the price we seems to be paying (note though that we have been used to cheaper accommodation on other cyclades islands and we believe that Santorini is a lot more expensive so our expectations might not have been in line with the price) The pillow cases of the 2 additional pillows in the wardrobe were dirty. Some of the fixtures looked as if they were about to fall off. The bathroom, and in particular the shower head was designed in a way that the bathroom was completely soaked after a shower. To open or close the curtains you have to get in the hot tube. Because the hot tube is in the bedroom; there is a constant smell of chlorine/swimming pool. When getting out of the hot tube it's also a bit hard not to soak the room.

The hot tube was very nice and big and at a good temperature. The sun beds outside the room were also very comfy. The room had coffee and tea available and offered all the services we were expected (I.e big bed, hot tube, nice terrace, AC, bathrobes etc). Staff is very nice and helpful, they helped us arrange for car rental, taxis etc.

The wifi was hit and miss, especially in the room The bed was bad. Noisy and lumpy. The bathroom is not what you see in the pictures. Small shower with wrap around shower curtain means cold shower curtain on you all the time

The hosts are amazingly helpful, friendly people. They have customer service perfected. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect. The mother daughter team that run this business really elevated our overall assessment of the property

There was nothing I did not like about the property. The only thing to note is that it is away from a lot of the island attractions. I would recommend renting a car or ATV to prevent spending a ton on Uber/taxi rides if you want to explore the island. The other areas on the island are way more expensive to stay there so even with the car/ATV staying here is a steal.

Beautiful scenery in a very quiet part of the Island. Very romantic location tucked away from the crowds. Rooms were adequately sized and provided everything you needed. Zafira (the hotel manager) was incredibly nice and accommodating. She gave great recommendations and was so friendly. If you have any questions or concerns she will have all the answers you need.

We weren't keen on the breakfast but that could just be down to our taste and the shower was very temperamental

The jacuzzi was amazing and the location for us was great, we loved the short walk into Akrotiri which has some amazing restaurants. It's also a 30min walk to the Akrotiri archaeological site which was a bonus. You'll need a vehicle to get around.

The very strong wind was moving the main door to the room and it was hard to sleep beacause of the noise made by it.
