Not so much a dislike - but if you get a room with the loft, be careful going down the stairs at night!

Sparkling clean, amazing comfortable bed, fluffy pillows (my favorite), and a balcony to eat a delicious breakfast on (my other favorite). The proprietor was so warm and helpful and we loved being situated so close to Akrotiri (walk to the village and eat at Portobello - you won’t be disappointed).

Friendly informative host, very good breakfast on balcony with view. The apartment came with two balconies providing nice views to the caldera and the south beaches of the island. Ancient Akrotiri is an interesting archaeological site in the vicinity.

The bed and pillows could be a little better but the room is modern and comfortable

Safara the manager of Williams house is beyond amazing!!! She is so kind and helpful. She helped us arrange for a beautiful sunset cruise, arranged for laundry service all excellent. When my husband got hurt she was so kind to help us. Anna in breakfast room is also kinda and lovey. Loved the small jacuzzi outside our room. Nice quiet location away from the crowds of Fira. Peaceful 🇬🇷🫶🏻

The cold air from the AC may not reach the loft where the bed is (cold air sinks.) I’d recommend installing a ceiling fan to draw the cold air upward, onto the loft. It will make it easier to sleep at night if you are not used to the heat. Other than that, we are really pleased with the place.

The location was fantastic. It is close to Red Beach and Black Beach, the ferry port (a 15 minute drive), the airport (a 25 minute drive), the capital Fira, and within a 10 minute walking distance to the Venetian castle. Akrotiri also has a ruin that you can visit, there are several restaurants and at least one supermarket nearby (within 10 minute drives.) It is located in a quiet area, with great views. The hotel manager/host/owner is super generous with provisions. She is always there to help you.

Lovely room, well equipped and great location only a short walk to centre of Akrotiri. Huge balcony with sunbeds. Charming and friendly hostess. Excellent breakfast. Good parking. Astounding views across the caldera.

Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need, including a toothbrush! Comfortable bed and a nice view of the sea. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of elements. Zafira welcomed us and was very friendly. I'd go back again!

We had an amazing time staying at William's houses! A beautiful modern and very large room and an incredible view! Our hosts were so kind and helpful and even got up in the night to meet us and give us the keys when we arrived very late. Akrotiri is a lovely part of the island and a lot more quiet than other areas.

The location isn't that bad if you don't mind a little 20-30 minute drive to/from the centre fira.

Hospitality was great from the main boss lady owner, family run business so had that little personal touch. The room was modern clean and beautiful, spacious enough for the three of us. The shower was wonderfully big and roomy and the hot tub was a nice way to chill out. The room looked like it may have been recently renovated, nice touch 👍🏽. I would 100% stay again with a realistic score of 9.5-10!

Breakfast could be improved.

Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy rooms. The view from the terrace is amazing. Reception also organised a car to rent for us which I think is a must for Santorini. Having the car gave us a flexibility to explore different parts of the island.

In my opinion, the price could be a little lower, given that the rooms face the caldera but also the street and that you don't get to have much privacy (you are side by side with other guest)

The room was really big and new, with all the comforts. It was really nice to have also the outside patio with the Jacuzzi and the view on the caldera! Breakfast was quite various with many choices, and the host was super kind and full with suggestions. She was also extremely helpful with the transfer from the airport and the scooter rental. All in all I would recommend William's House if you are looking for a place outside the super crowded Fira/Oia, Akrotiri is more relaxed/authentic but you may need your own car/scooter to visit the island!

I can't actually complain about anything. It was a really good stay and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but then just opposite to it, there's a good family owned restaurant with a reasonably priced menu and very friendly staff. I would also recommend going there for dinner.

The house was very easy to reach from everywhere in Santorini. Although it's better to have a car. Buses are anyway infrequent all over the island and aren't always on time. From our balcony we could see the caldera - a wonderful view. The apartment we stayed in was tip-top clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend it if one wants to stay in a peaceful locality away from crowded Fira or Oia.

Internet went off. I understand it happened in the whole of Akrotiri.

The host Zafira was very helpful- British Airways misplaced my luggage and she helped me navigate the situation seamlessly.

My room had some ants intruding in from a door and in-unit laundry would be nice but otherwise not much to dislike about the place.

Staff were very friendly and took good care of us & the hotel. Even gave us tips for places and activities to check out while there.

The kitchen was missing some utensils like knives and place to cut the products although I think you request at the reception before 8pm.

The balcony and view were great !
