Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelI specifically paid for and requested room with 2 beds and city view. I even sent a message and the response was that it would be acommodated (in the booking picture it shows 2 beds but states it could be that or double so I wrote to confirm) Once we arrived we were given a room with city view but only 1 bed. the staff was very nice and changed our room to a room with 2 beds- but the view was a side of a building.

NetherlandsThe area where the hotel is placed is very central but felt a bit unsafe... definitely not the best area of the city centre.
I booked a room with view but there was no city view, just a square full of traffic. Breakfast was really good despite the coffee quality is embarrassing and if you want a proper espresso or cappuccino they charge you separately for that. the rooftop terrace with 365 view of the city is the best part of this hotel.

The hotel was excellent. Quite modern and up to date. Beautiful pool—and the rooftop deck had a marvelous view of the acropolis.

United StatesWe were not happy that only 2 coffee pods were included in our stay in our room. Each additional coffee pod cost 1.50 Euros. After we used the free two, no additional pods were provided. We needed them on our early departure! The very early breakfast on departure day (served up to 7am): Coffee machine was broken, no hot water or black tea, Food: no protein, mainly bread and sweets.
Our Room was ready early!!!! Location is close to a metro station and the line goes straight to the acropolis stop and close to Place (old city). Across from the hotel are two nice small restaurants as well as a bakery. We ate at Mironi Greek Restaurant and the food was very good.

GermanyThere was one service complain when we were sitting outside at the roof restaurant. After half hour nobody from the service team came by and asked to offer drinks. Then I was looking for someone and he was very arrogant and not service friendly as well, finally he came out and we could order our drinks.
The room was very nice, the view at the roof restaurant was extra ordinary, the breakfast was very good, but unfortunately the capuchino machine has sometimes issues and was not working on one morning

Wonderful views of The Acropolis from the 9th floor. Excellent location, 100m from the Metro. Staff were very good. Breakfast was great, except too busy for the facility and difficult to get a seat. The pool area, on the roof, was great but a bit windy.

CanadaIt's a pretty old hotel. Facilities were definitely not up to 5 stars hotel standards. The gym was super small. The room was clean and comfortable but blankets and towels were disappointing.
Very nice staffs.l, especially the gentleman at the reception that helped us check in. Our flight arrived super early and he was able to offer early check in.
