Hotel was located in a bad area thar although walking distance to key attractions felt unsafe to walk through. Bathroom in our room was tired and needing a bit of updating eg stained grout, extractor fan not working.

The location was a pity, we run into a big group of drug addicts when trying to walk to the centrum. So we always went by metro since then. But this was the only downside about our stay.

The walk from the hotel to the center was not sympathic. It feels like tje backside of the city There is noise from the lobby thst effects the rooms with court view

The opening hours of the pool were a bit restrictive, it opens at 11 and it would be nice to spend a couple of hours there earlier before going out for the day. As a result, we didn't use the pool at all even though we had planned to.

The hotel is in a really nice location overlooking a square with views of the Acropolis from the roof bar. Metro is a 1 minute stroll. The staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and bright and air conditioning worked well even on the days it hit 42°.

Pool opens too late and closes too early. As you know, it’s not in a great part of town for night Metro arrival.

The pool deck is small, which can't be changed, but what can be changed is the cleanliness. The pool had very cloudy water and debris along the side, plus the deck was filled with used towels and we had to bring clean ones from our hotel room. Additionally, in the bathroom, there was some mold growing in the shower due to lack of ventilation (and it wasn't clear how to turn on the electric vent. Plus, it'd be much better if there were a better set-up so that so much water didn't escape with the door closed when showering. Also, it'd be good if they could include at least one person on each front desk shift who spoke very good English and/or knew the area well, so that when we ask questions about how to get somewhere or recommendations for restaurants, etc., they'll know the answer (and understand the question fully).

The breakfast buffet selection was very nice and it was fantastic to see that they had a basket filled with gluten-free breads, cookies, and cakes. There were plenty of different areas to sit and lounge in around the hotel, and the pool was aesthetically pleasing. Plus, my kid enjoyed the pool (of course), the telescope, and the view of the Acropolis and the sea.

Didn’t like the front desk staff at check-in. We had reserved 2 rooms and were traveling as a family with 2 children and they were trying to give us 2 rooms across the hall from each other versus an adjoining room. The manager was very helpful though and eventually got us an adjoining room. Also the property was far from everything but the metro station was across the street

the location is not the best, however it is close to a train station so you can get to the heart of Athens with about 2 or 3 stops.

Hallway smelled. Towels wee dingy and overused Fitness room was closed for repairs most the days we were there No sightseeing around the area. A bit of a walk to city center. Staff cordial but not overly attentive
