It didn't feel like an authentic 5-star experience, in truth. The level of service from some staff, the lack of finishing touches, the slightly manic feel to the main restaurant, and other things meant that it was good rather than great.

The setting of the hotel is its main asset, with the views from our room, the main restaurant, etc simply stunning! Their bread-maker is seriously class! About 30 different varieties each day and all delicious!

A wonderful stay at the seaside. The hotel is located on the beachfront, with its own sandy beach. The breackfast is generous with a wide diversity to choose from. The hotel is located some 20 minutes walking distance from the center of the Agios Nikolaos.

Only downside was the very drunk Eastern European guests around the pool every day, extremely loud and made the days by the pool / beach slightly less relaxing.

Beautiful private beach and gorgeous pool. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and they brought me a surprise birthday cake up, completely free of charge and without my partner even having to order it.

The main reception staff were super friendly and always tried to go out of their way to be helpful however some of the waiting staff in the main restaurant and bar seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very attentive and almost always got drinks orders wrong etc. The food in the main restaurant for dinner is also quite average and not necessarily what you would hope for at a five star.

Fantastic facilities, everything you need for a family holiday in one place. The Junior Suite was a great size for us and a toddler. The beach area is perfect for little ones to play safely in the sea while mum and dad relax.

The location, the facilities of the hotel, the easy access to the beach . We have enjoyed the Cretan evening at Kafneion with mezes, raki and traditional dance and songs! A great experience!

Everything!!! First of all i’ve paid for a double room sea view and i get a 2 rooms suite, with pool on the big terrace (40 sqm) sea view. Amazing view! The rooms were very clean, every day cleaning services, fruits and red vine when we arrived🥳. The food was very tasty, every day new type of food, graviera and parmesan cheese 🤩😅
