Could use warmer blankets and one bed was located next to the fridge witch was beeping all night.

Very beautiful, freshly renovated. Had bottled water ready for us and host was waiting for us at night hours.

I have no complaints about this property or the hosts. But i would add an additional bed layer as the bed was very firm. The location was close to the best areas.

I liked the peiple, the property was ultra modern and very cosy. The hosts were so friendly and really just a nice experience. Restaurants close by walking and a market. 2 lakes and 2 beaches not to miss. Sunsets are amazing there.

The location is close to the lagoon actually is just across the place and a few minutes drive to the pink beach and its not crowded which is nice to walk around. The owner is so helpful and friendly that he attended all of our requests. He have suggested as well where to go and what to do around the area. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! =)

New comfortable & quiet apartment in a convenient location, 6km from Elafonisi Beach, and just 1km from a small Voulolimni beach and Chrysoskalitassa Monastery. Nice long views from the apartment. Convenience store nearby. Owner Gregory was very helpful.

The place is brand new! The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The accommodation also offers great views. It’s very close to a few nearby beaches and local taverns. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful appartnent, all fresh and new. Parking by the house. Small kitchenette. Good strong wifi. Supermarket 1 minute, tavernas 5-10 minute walk. Very close to Elafonisi.

There is a green emergency light inside at the entrance door visible from the bed, which we could not shut off.

The apartment complex is totally new, built with high grade materials. Watercooker and coffee/tea in room. Highgrade and fast internet. Private parking. Located on the road to Elafonisi beach. Just around is a mini market and some restaurants of good quality, partly with sunset/seaview. The owner can be called on arrival (phone number at entrance in big letters), and will be there within 5 minutes. Two of the best beaches of Kreta (Kedrodassos and Elafonisi) just 5 km away.

Busy road - nobody's fault! Could do with more pillows!

Brand new building Well designed and beautifully maintained. Greg was informative and accommodating. Told us where to go and best times to go to Elfonisi. It was great to be so close so that we could get there very early! Lovely outside seating area.

The only problem we had was the alarm light that was very bright, bothered us while trying to fall asleep and could only be turned off if all the electricity is off - but then we could not charge our phones during the night.

Everything was great - great value for money, location next to the sea, very good restaurants nearby, excellent location for visiting Elafonissi beach, big comfortable bed, spacious room and lovely porch in front of it.

Room not well acoustically isolated with respect to the adjacent rooms. However no street sound comes in.

The room is new, close to a minimarket where you can also have breakfast. 3 restaurants are reachable on foot. A natural sea pool is down the road at 5 min on foot. Although on the main road to Elafonisi, the place is quiet.

The apartment was clean and had a nice modern look, we were very impressed! The location was excellent and had a great view, only a few minutes from the best beaches. A small market and restaurants located within a few hundred meters. Host was excellent and told us all of the best places to eat and visit. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but we still slept well :) We could have also used a thicker blanket.

Our host was amazing and we really appreciated that he greeted us and gave us recommendations. He was so kind! The location was perfect and made going to the beach extremely easy. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Clean and comfortable room with a nice view! The location also allowed us to visit the beach during hours where there were less crowds.

It’s not a full service hotel (no reception on site) and we didn’t get daily cleaning. The TV took a while to work (I had to reconnect a cable) and there were very few channels on the free satellite. There was only a black out curtain for the terrace doors, so inside you either stay dark or you have little privacy. I recommend management to put a double set of curtains like in many other hotels, one light just for privacy and one dark for night time

The owner Greg was nice and recommended 2 excellent restaurants nearby at just 2 minutes walk The building is very new and clean Private parking Great shower Spacious outside area and a place to hang your wet things to dry. Our room was not noisy at all (other reviewers say it is, it was very quiet in our experience)

The location would be nicer at the seaside. The shower had cold water. It was really hot, so a pool would have been nice. We didn’t know that it was 15 minutes walking to Elafonissi beach from the nearest parking. It is beautiful, but very crowdy.

Very good to visit Elafonissi. Five minutes driving. New and modern appartments. The room was ready early and we had a quick check in. A supermarket next to the building who sells good pastry. The host Greg gives good advice for Elafonissi parking and restaurants

This place has been beautifully designed, it looks fab. Lovely bathroom, nice seating area outside the room, and good tavernas within walking distance. Gregory the host was super nice and very helpful.

Easy drive from Elefonissi Beach. Small village but excellent choice of restaurants and convenience stores. Friendly, helpful owner. Secluded sea swimming hole down the lane opposite. Patio perfect for sitting out with a drink.
