United KingdomIt’s classed as a self catering apartment but you would struggle as the kitchen is very small and you only have a kettle , fridge and a2 ring electric cooker. This didn’t bother us as we ate out every evening but a toaster would have been appreciated.
The location of the apartment for the restaurants was with in 5 minute walk, the beach was a little further out but you were still able to work which was around 20mins. The pool was very clean and there were sun beds which on some days soon got taken. The apartment was very clean and the cleaner came in every day. The beds were comfy and was changed regularly. All the staff and the owners were very accommodating and if you needed anything they were always on hand

HungaryIt was the best possible decision to choose this hotel. It has a very modern design, the pool water is very clean and there are plenty of sun beds. There is a bar with food and drinks available at affordable prices, with cozy music playing. The staff are very very friendly, they please everyone and you can ask them any questions you may have. The rooms are very nice, with large comfortable beds and a lovely balcony, they look exactly like the photos. I especially liked that the floor tiles are non-slip. Every day they emptied the bins and changed the towels and cleaned up. Air conditioning ensured a pleasant temperature. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the main road where there are plenty of cocktail bars, shops and restaurants. In the evening it is very pleasant and full of life. The sandy beach is about 15 minutes on foot, taxis and bus stops are 3-5 minutes away, airport is nearby. For those who want to relax in perfect and peaceful conditions, this is the perfect choice!

the hotel was in a perfect location and I stayed here for the night before my wedding and the night of my wedding. without being prompted on my wedding night the hotel placed champagne and strawberry’s in my fridge. An amazing gesture

RomaniaBad services when it comes to cleaning. The floor in the room was always dirty and it was like that even when we arrived there, you couldn’t walk without slippers. The told us at the check in that the towels will be changed every to days and the rooms will be cleaned. But we waited 4 days and nothing happened. After that I talked with them at the reception and they told us that we need to open the door for the maid to clean the rooms, because she doesn’t have a key for access. You can’t lose a few hours from your vacation every 2 days in order to wait for the maid to clean! We gave them the key in the next day’s morning and after we arrived back to the hotel, the room was quite clean, but the floors were still dirty.
The food is good. We liked the pool and the design of the hotel and the rooms very much. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The location of the hotel is also great. When we left, they gave us some souveniers. That was cute.

Spiros, family and all members of staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to please you and make your stay a pleasant one. Spiros even sorted out some noisy people who were staying beneath us. Club sandwich is the best we have ever had. I shared one with my husband and we seriously couldn’t eat it all. All home baked cookies were so yummy. We were visiting my daughter who lives in Zante but she had just moved house so it wasn’t possible to stay with her on out second weeks holiday which is why we booked Zante. Holidays. Should we ever need a hotel in the future we will certainly return. Well done to you all.

United KingdomWe were disappointed that there was not a safety deposit box in the room or in reception. We were also surprised there was no daily room servicing, not even to empty the bathroom bin. I have never had to drop a key to reception and explicitly request that I would like the bedding/towels changed or the bins emptied. For 5/7 days the pool water was murky to the point that you could not see your own feet or the bottom of the pool - though the owners remedied this by day 6. There are only 20 loungers around the pool which wasn’t always enough. Due to the location of the pool and the buildings there were times of the day when each side was completely in the shade. we didn’t use the bar or snack bar as the prices were quite high and not a lot of choice.
The room was a very good size with plenty of power points including USB charging ports. The self contained roll down kitchen area was well equipped although a toaster would have been a useful addition. The bathroom was way above the usual Greek standard with an excellent cubicle with power shower. The bed linen and pillows were of a good quality and the bed itself was comfortable. The balcony was a generous size with useful hanging washing line. The sun loungers by the pool were very luxurious and cleaned every morning. we were very grateful to be able to keep the room for a later check out. The property was conveniently located for the strip and despite its proximity to the airport there was no disturbance from that. The owners were friendly enough but communication was limited as Spyros seemed to be the only English speaking member of staff.

PolandWe’ve just spent seven wonderful days in the Zante Holidays Hotel. Contact with the owner is great, he replied to all our messages before and during the stay, plus his tips on what to see and where to eat have been of great help! Hosts in the hotel itself are wonderful, kind and super friendly people 😊 The place is brand new, very clean and decorated with style. Our room was very specious, and it had a small, fully equipped kitchen + it had the most wonderful balcony with the pool view, which was just perfect for breakfast and dinners 😊 The pool itself is also great 😉 As for the location of the place, it’s just a few steps from the main road with all shops, bars, restaurants and the bus/taxi stop, but the rooms are quiet. We would highly recommend this place to everyone who comes to Kalamaki!

The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and about 5 minutes walk to the main strip. The rooms are a great size and the staff and very friendly.
