Gorgeous hotel. We stayed in the private pool suite and everything was perfect. There is a shared heated pool as well which was great. Breakfast was exceptional and staff was very helpful.

We had some insects in the our room toilet during our last 3 days.another time a water flashing noise coming from our room bathroom at night time woke us up and we had to call a technician at 1 am. We were offered to move in another room but after a long stay we were lazy to move out as we had 2 more days left. They were very fast to solve the issue.

Zante Maris Suites is a stunning Hotel and the rooms with private pool have an amazing view. The hotel itself is amazing and has beautiful pools and to be honest the Top best restaurants of Zakynthos. The food was “ next level”, so good and well presented that we decided to eat in the hotel most of our nights ( we stayed 10 days). The breakfast has lots of options too. The best part of this hotel is THE STAFF. WOW WOW WOW. They make this place being a 5 star hotel. Attentive, friendly, fun, professional but they made us feel just like at home. We met everyone from the staff in operation food and beverage, reception and concierge. We were amazed from everyone and each one of this young professional :) The owner of this Hotel should be aware that we will come back because of the staff, more then the hotel which was amazing.

The clothes rail isn't long enough for dresses.

There's nothing not to like here. The beautiful rooms, the friendly staff, the pool and all the facilities are fantastic. The staff can not do enough for you, even though we didn't spend a lot of money here ( as we had friends staying elsewhere) the accommodation is up a hill, they send a buggy to collect you in seconds. Its only 5 minutes walk into the main area for all restaurants. Honestly a.truly beautiful holiday and so sad to be leaving. .

Beautiful hotel in a nice and quiet area but close to everything. Common areas beautifully decorated and well thought out. Heated pool with sun beds and soft bean bags was always available. Amazing bar with nice choice of cocktails and a good snack/lunch menu. The restaurant for dinner was delicious and with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and attentive. Overall the property is amazing. Ideally if you get to have a chance to stay in the suite with private pool you will get the whole experience. The deluxe rooms were simple but nice.

The water form the private pool is a little bit cold.. Is to bad that after 15:00 a clock we didn’t have sun on the terrace.

The food was very very good. Breakfast , room service and also at the restaurant.

There’s nothing not to like

The staff is amazing. They are professional and super friendly. They remember specific preferences guests have and do anything to make your stay unforgettable. The suites are modern with amazing views. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of options from the buffet and a variety of options a la carts on top of that. George and Kostas in the bar create cocktails that are little artworks. I stay in hotels about 150 nights a year and to my opinion, Zante Maris Suites is a winner.

Luxury accommodation - we love the private pool, fine dinning restaurant. Most importantly, the staff are amazing. We’ve stayed a few times and team are always so welcoming, they can’t do enough for you. We’ll definitely be back

I would reccomend to put some hangers on the wall, so the towels won’t lay all over the hotel room and I was missing also some dynamic music during the day. I can’t say it was annoying, but listening to jazz and saxophone 8 days in a row was in the end exhausting. Everything else was 15 out of 10 :)

Cozy boutique hotel, located near to Tsivili village, near to the beach. Peaceful place. Spacious modern rooms, wide range of acitivities (yoga,gym,spa, massages). The highlight for me was their heated pool. Delicious a la carte dinner (you can choose between 3 restaurants), friendly stuff (Mavra, Vicky, Athanasia at the front desk, the Hotel Manager, guys at the pool bar, our cleaning lady Svitlanka…everyone was so nice to us and made our stay enjoyable). Would come back anytime!

The whole hotel was superb. You have a large pool, many sun beds, 4 restaurants. So we end up staying in the hotel for 2 days and everything was fantastic.

We had a lovely time at Zante Maris! The suite with private pool has magnificent view. The breakfast was impeccable, best fredo cappuccino ever! Overall, the food was an absolute delight not only at breakfast. Once, I decided I would have pasta with shrimps for dinner and they made it especially for me even though it’s not on the menu. Very friendly staff, you feel like you’ve known each other for a long time. Also, greetings to the team of the pool bar - loved the cocktails so much! Would definitely be back again!

Absolutely nothing at all, everything was perfect!

The hotel was stunning, clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to give you everything you could want and are honestly the most friendly genuine people we have ever encountered in a hotel EVER..from the amazing cocktails made by George and his two wingmen to the wonderful restaurant staff…Andreas the manager made sure nothing was ever a problem and has got THE best team around him. Thank you all for the best holiday your warmth and humour meant we rarely left the hotel! Just the best experience without doubt.

We were impressed by our overall experience at Zante Maris Suites. The friendly staff ( reception, restaurant& bar, cleaning ladies made us feel comfortable and catered to all our needs), the beautiful ambience, the amazing fresh quality of the delectable breakfast buffet, the pool area and the cozy and impeccably clean rooms made our holiday perfect. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday or where to come back after your excursions on the island , this place is the one.

There is very little we can say we would like to change. No real bad experiences to say. Only thing was the 'spa' facilities were a bit limited, in the sense that if you wanted a massage, there was a gazebo and you would be outside, and it was a bit hot. But otherwise, everything was good!

The experience was honestly amazing, from the start. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us all checked-in by 10:30. The staff was very customary and very nice all the time. All the requests we had, they fulfilled them very fast. The food at the restaurant was very, very tasty. All in all, we are already thinking of when we can come back!

Nothing, it was perfect.

Absolutely stunning hotel, feels like paradise. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and comfortable. I've stayed at nice hotels, but never one with this much attention to detail. I could have easily stayed here for the entire vacation, never left the hotel, and felt incredibly satisfied with that. Highly recommend spending a little extra on the rooms with private pools. We stayed in one of the honeymoon suites and it was truly magical.
