Fantastic apartment with an amazing view, located directly at the sea. Sunbeds and beach towels were provided. Maria was super nice and welcoming, as well as the other hosts whom were super friendly. Close to restaurants and markets, all in all a perfect location and we had a lovely stay.

Perfect stand alone building with a large front lawn leading down to a safe sandy beach. Small number of rooms Gave a special feeling and Roxani was amazing helping us with everything we needed, from tips and information.ation to sorting a taxi for us. She is a star! Location is great with beach walks in each direction with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highlight for our family was renting a small boat self drive to go exploring caves, shipwreck and hidden beaches,even seeing a turtle 🐢. Loved it all. thanks Roxani

Location superb. Apartments had lawns front and back, the front was literally 30 metres or less from the sea. Gorgeous. Cleaners called daily and at convenient times so apartment was spotless. A special mention for Maria and Theresa who were so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom needs more cleanup and the beach too. Umbrellas had a lot of spider webs and on the beach were a lot of algae.

One small but annoying thing is that we were only given one soap bar and the typical small bottles of shower gel and shampoo on day 1, but these were never renewed after that, as you would expect pretty much daily. So we had to buy our own. Not even the soap bar was renewed. We were 4 people for 10 days, for reference. Another one is the dirty look of the shower. In the corners there was yukiness. I didn't care much about this, you can easily avoid it, but wife did. One thing that might annoy others, thought it did not bother us, is the fact that the kitchen appliances are quite dated. But they all worked fine, so no complaints.

Great location on the beach and super close to loads of good restaurants, really nice family boutique vibe with none of the industrial feel of the big hotels. Big spacious garden. Despite being so close to busy places, it is very quiet. Ladies that were cleaning the room were somehow invisible, we truly never bumped into them while they were cleaning our room, as it happened in loads of other hotels. We had the apartment with the sea view on the first floor and wow, you do get a huuuge balcony all on the sea side. Really nice. One other nice touch is that you are told from the beginning that towels are changed every 3 days. For us this was very good, on the one hand you still have fresh towels, while on the other you avoid the waste of having them changed daily.

Although there are no frills it is perfect. Everything you need is there. Lovely veranda, stunning view. Our host Roxanne did everything to make us feel welcome. Having Freddies next door is an added bonus.

The apartment is ideal for a family with one or two kids, even with a baby. It is quiet and relatively small (there are only 6 or 7 apartments in the building). There is a child friendly beach right in front of the apartment and lots of shade. We had exactly one hour of direct sunlight on the porch, which means the kids could rest whenever they needed. There is a garden with big trees which also provide shade. The owners were very friendly and always around when we needed something. It is definitely the best accommodation in Planos/Tsilivi. It is also a big advantage that Freddie's beach bar is so close and they are willing to let you take your food to your porch. We could enjoy the meals on our porch which is often a bit easier with two small kids. :)

It was a very clean apartment and the staff was too polite. It was a quiet place. The room was comfortable and spacious for 4 persons.

I do not think there is something we did not like.

The whole complex is really close to the beach, which also seemed as private, as there were very few people, which was great. We had free unbeds everyday, because we were accommodated in the apartment. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday. There's a bar (Freddie's bar) right next to the building where you can order food and drinks, so this is also a big plus, when you don't feel like going to eat or drink in the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful, for which I would like to thank again. They organized a taxi for us from the airport and also for the way back. We really enjoyed our stay here and would surely recommend to anyone. Easily 10/10.

We loved everything.

We were delighted with our holiday at Zarkadis Beach Apartments. The location is fabulous. It’s right on the beach as the photos show, and it’s the best location as slightly away from the main beach hussle and bussle, and much more private. Beach bars are in the immediate vicinity to get any food and drink you want. Maria and Roxanne who manage the apartments are amazing, they are around should you need any help or advice. Room was lovely with great air con, which we only used at night. Lovely large balcony, which we didn’t really use as we were on the beach all day. The property is 5 mins from Tsilivi village, with loads of traditional tavernas to eat and drink. Amazing holiday and can’t wait to stay there again soon. Thank you Maria and Roxanne !

amazing little place right on the beach, Maria was perfect arranging transport whenever we needed it. checking daily that we were ok. kitchenette had fridge, kettle, filter coffee machine, toastie maker, 2 ring hob. also hair dryer, iron and some complimentary toiletries. maid came every day. amazing

Perfect location,right on the beach,free umbrellas. Nice and clean territory. Apartment nr.2 was simple but very clean,spacious shower,had a lovely sea view from our balcony. Special thanks to Roxanne(not sure I wrote her name correctly) who helped us everytime and everywhere. You made us feel relaxing and enjoy our holiday.
