The location is excellent, we were fortunate to get the room with the view towards the town and the sea. The host were very friendly and eager to accommodate any requests. All in all, a fantastic option to stay for any number of days in the beautiful town of Neos Maramaras.

The only downside for me was that the shower is in the toilet, but you get used to it.

The hosts are amazing. Now I know what greek hospitality means. I was allowed to stay longer than usual checkout, as there were new guests arriving, so I could have another nice time at the beach. I loved the balcony and the location!

This is a clean, friendly budget hotel in the centre of Neos. The facilities are not luxurious but are perfectly adequate and functional. The complaints about Wi-Fi hold, but the patrons are quick to act to restore lost connections.

Sweetest owner Anastasia added me on whatsapp and sent us an address description before we arrived. Once we arrived the hotel, she welcomed us in the warmest way. She gave us a list of recommendations about the town, and thanks to her, we'd eaten the best dinner of our vacation. Whenever she saw us, she asked how was our day with a sincere big smile. Considering the price, the location and the standards of the room are perfect.

Only one thing: due to a storm, the weather was a little cooler than usually and I was a little cold during the night.

Everything! Hosts are super friendly, the room and the whole property is very clean. The room is cozy and has a very nice balcony :) A few kitchen equipment is also provided with the room, there is everything included for a great breakfast or a quick dinner. The location is the best you can imagine, right on the main square of N. Marmaras. I would choose it again any time!

The location is in the centre of the city very close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very kind, they recommended where we can eat the best ice-cream, the best sea food, the best pizza. They recommended the best beaches near Neos Marmaras and also to visit Parthenonas, a village in the mountains where the houses are built from stones and the best sunset we could see from there. I love Neos Marmaras!
