My bed was next to the bathroom and I could hear when someone was using the water. The sound insulation could be better.

Hostel is an amazing location and it is well designed and maintained. Everything was perfect, especially the common area.

Almost perfect, unless the stairs to climb up/down to/from the upper bunk bed are really challenging (narrow, lack of grips). Almost fell from the top since I couldn't find a good footing.

Everything. Even I met lots of new friends gave the same impression for this hotel. Very clean, smells so good and affordable as well. The kitchen area is superb! The staffs there (receptionists and cleaners) were great! They were really helpful and able to communicate in English.

There was some noise at the night time but only one night of our 4-night stay.

Everything was great, the room was clean and comfy. The staff was really helpful! The location was very good, just a short walk to the beach and all the sights, restaurants, shops etc. were nearby.

None about the property. But someone stole my mandarin from the fridge! And that person literally chose the best one out of the bunch lol I hope the mandarin made you happy whoever you are.

Perfect location & view. The toilet and shower are separate. Super comfortable bed.

Clean and good privacy with curtain. Also, there are common area and the public washroom and toilet. They allow us to use after checkin. They are very nice and friendly people and staff.

Poor instructions from the staff on how to use the laundry equipment. They said that there are instructions on the equipment in English, but the instructions are not clear. The clothes come out "almost" dry, which means they need to be air dry on a room with no sunlight or fresh air. But that is not explained to you when you ask about the laundry facilities. I will suggest to management to have a copy of the instructions at the reception and show them to clients when they pay to use this service. It will be easier than trying to figure this out on the 6th floor once you have loaded the washer.

Very centrally located, close to bus stops, markets, and restaurants. I love the check-in easiness, the elevators, the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms. They provided towels, linen, and toiletries. The kitchen is very ample and has all the necessary kitchenware, and there is a large dining room area with a nice view of the park.

This property boasts itself as a really great cool vibe place to hang out, and it did not disappoint. We had a private room, and it was lovely. Really clean. We enjoyed it so much, we would come back. Sadly we didn't get a chance to explore the rest of the hostel as we arrived late at night and had to leave early morning, but I'm sure it's really great throughout. Expentionally helpful staff.

Guys, please give people a backup roll of toilet paper, especially if they're going to be there several days. It's not a great situation to need it, but the only way to get it is to ask reception. Also, maybe rearrange things in the vending machine so they don't get stuck. 2/2 things I tried to buy got stuck. One I managed to get, the other Is stuck there for eternity

Lack of volunteers to bring the people staying together in fun activities

The view is magnificent. Everything is very new. The kitchen and shared room space are incredible. Really well branded hostel. Very comfy bed.
