You hear the airplanes loudly in the whole port area, which has nothing to do with the apartment though.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, love for detail and a nice and safe neighborhood, especially for traveling alone, many friendly and elderly locals around. It is a nice 20-30 minute walk to the city center, city bus and taxis are available, the public bus from the airport goes almost directly to the apartment. Extremely helpful host. Thank you for everything. I was very content with my stay.

Potential 'minuses', which in no way detract from a very positive opinion as a whole: very narrow and steep stairway between the two floors (but you learn to navigate it quickly) and airplanes flying overhead (few and far between).

Very good location, within comfortable walking distance from both the airport and the Old Town. A quiet place with windows away from the main street. A nice and compact apartment, ideal for a few-day stay.

The only thing i can think of are the stairs to the upper level of the apartment. The stairs are quite steep and not very deep - might be problematic for people with movement disabilities. Or when you are half asleep trying to go to wc at night. Just be careful :)

The property is very close to the Corfu port - if you are planning any tours/excursions starting from the port, it literally takes a few minutes to walk there. Also it is a starting point of hop on/hop off buses. There a few nearby places to eat, grocery store is also a few minutes walking distance.

We enjoyed staying in an authentic area, amongst local people and an easy walk to the sights we wanted to see. Supermarkets and bakery close as well as a number of restaurants.

The house is not only on ground floor: the entrance and the bathroom are on the ground floor and the kitchen-bed room is on the first floor. So the total 30 square metres are divided into 2 floors, which makes the house even more tiny. On the second day we got used to it and found tricks to overcome the lack of space and navigate ourselves up and down the narrow staircase.

The location is quite privileged: next to the port, 20 min walk from the old town, in a really peacefull and picturesque neighborhood. The interior is carefully designed and has all the basic facilities a tourist needs. Most importantly, during every single night there blew a nice cool breeze, which made the night sleep delightful.

Steep stairs in accommodation mean you need a degree of mobility as bathroom / toilet downstairs.

Well maintained small characterful accommodation. Well equipped with facilities. A table and chairs to sit out by the front door in the evenings along with the locals. A number of well priced restaurants and bars frequented by both locals and tourists near by.

Very special place to stay, in an old neighborhood near the port, very authentic. The decoration is beautiful and although it's small, the apartment has everything you need. Outside you can use the table and chairs as a 'terrace', which is what all the old ladies (and the cats) of the neighborhood do :-) However do bear in mind that it's a good half hour walk from the old town (you could also take the bus from the port to Sarocco square, they circulate regularly). It didn't bother me too much as I love walking, but it's definitely more a place for fit people, for this reason and because there are steep narrow stairs between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment.

It is a very cute and authentic place. The location is quite and near to the port, so it is very close to buses and ships. The city center is as well not far away. The place was very clean and had everything for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend it. Thanks a lot! :)

The bed structure is dangerous on the corners and the matress is not very confortable.

We liked the quiet area, the apartment is very well located and clean. There is everything you need for a romantic vacation, if you like to visit the island and have just a breakfast at home. The neighbors are local, mostly grandmothers, very very welcoming. A secure, magnificent and typical place. We highly recommend it. <3
