The property is in a beautiful area with a view towards Meteora. Breakfast is for a king - very big and good. Very quiet and pieceful area. Really enjoyed our stay. The owners are super friendly and respond to whatever you need

We originally chose this hotel for the location. It delivered on location and convenience, but so much more. Check-in and check-out where quick and easy. The owner/operator was so kind and hospitable and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The room and facilities were spotless, and the bedding comfortable. The view was incredible. The minimal charge for breakfast made it a very convenient option before exploring Meteora for the day, and was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and the price felt like a great value given the experience.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Very nearby the start of the road towards the monasteries. Parking just in front of the door of the hotel, with several restaurants nextdoor. The hotel offers breakfast (with an extra cost) but very worth it!

The hotel is at a fantastic location to explore the monasteries - it is on the very road that leads to all of them. It is full of charming restaurants around and convenient stores too. The hotel has its own parking and a magnificent view of the rocks. The room was cosy, clean, stylish and charming. The bathroom was great, the water stream was excellent. There were so many amenities, like that was a five star hotel. There was also a rather quiet fridge available, plenty of wardrobe and storage room. Frankly I did not wish to leave the hotel, I could have an entire vacation there. At an additional price of just 7,5 Euro I had breakfast that was so big, it could be a meal till dinner time. The hosts were sweet and helpful. I would love to go back there again.

The hotel is not the most beautiful architecturally, we love old buildings, but it was made up for in spades by our wonderful hosts and the situation with large balconies.

Spiros and Julia could not have been more helpful caring and lovely. We had a bit of a strange stay. First we broke down coming into Kastraki, Julia came straight away to help out. There were big storms during the first few days. But we had a staggeringly beautiful view from our balcony so little hardship. There are lovely walks in the hills too if you don’t want to see all the monasteries. The area where we were travelling to afterwards was badly flooded, so Spiros and Julia accommodated us and we stayed another night. To sort out our plans. 5 nights altogether. Julia bought me figs and a delicious pumkin tart hot from the oven.

Great location. This is quality accommodation at a modest price. Unbeatable breakfast for 7.50€. Owner Spiros will point you in the right direction for an excellent hike. Highly recommended.

As a budget hotel I cannot fault it, it’s clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly. The view of the village and rocks from our balcony was a bonus. It’s proximity to the village made it easy to find food and to enjoy a short walk to get there.

I was looking for a place close by Meteora in Kastraki. My single room was cosy and with all the comforts for my one night stay. close by ou have tavernas and restaurants. Staff is friendly.

The room was absolutely clean and pleasant with an outstanding view to the clifs, the staff where supper caring and kind. On our arrival we where explained in details what there is to do in Meteora with a big smile. At night we found out that the AC wasn't working properly, the staff wouldn't rest until a solution found. Extraordinary hospitality, very recommended!

The bus from Trikala doesn’t go all the way to Kastraki. There is a bus which goes a bit unregurlarly, so I ended up walking from Kalambaka both times, which was fine but obviously a bit exhausting.

Really close to the Monastries, with a bit of motivation you can walk up to almost all of them as well as to the sunset viewpoint if you don’t have a car. There is also a bus you can take. The two hosts were super nice and helpful. My room (single without a view) was basic but worth the money. All in all happy with my choice!
