We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThere were a lot of cigarette butts on the beach, which is extremely unpleasant for a family with a small child. Perhaps it would be a solution to place boxes at each umbrella where smokers could throw them. And another suggestion: divide the beach into smoking and non-smoking areas.
The restaurant was excellent! The food - wonderful, especially seafood. Food portions - generous. The room was cleaned daily. Sheets were changed 3 times over 7 days, as were towels.

RomaniaThe hotel has no parking slots, so we had to park the car far away. The bed was comfy, but the mattress was making a loud noise at every move you would make.
The location is perfect, the stuff was very nice, the breakfast was good (the lady from the reception offered to give us the breakfast in a box on the evening before the check out because we had to leave very early in the morning, this is a very nice thing which we have appreciated).

ItalyThe room is quite undersized for 4 persons. The mosquito net was broken. Quality of the restaurant was so so, but maybe due to the fact that most dishes were not available during low season (but then, why keep it open?). Wifi stopped working around 10h00 pm. The room, just above the restaurant, was quite noisy until 10h30 pm.
The view is very nice, facing the sea. Breakfast was good, with a nice mix of vegetables, cheeses and pies.

CanadaGreat location near the beach but meanwhile, it’s very noisy in the evening until really late. The staff is very busy as they also have a restaurant running so do expect that it takes time to fix any problems. One thing to mention is the parking. We arrived late in the evening and found out the street to the hotel is closed to pedestrians only. We ended up parking really far as there is no parking spot nearby and carried all luggage to the hotel. Please be aware of this and make sure you checked with the hotel about this before booking.

GreeceBeds was not comfortable. Since the room is above the restaurant, there is some noise if you decide to stay to the balcony. But the windows was very good, and noice was over with those closed. Find a parking slot is a good challenge, i have manage to park 15 min away from the hotel
