Nothing at all! It is perfect! Maybe 2-3 glasses more will complete the feeling. 😊 We didn't miss them, but they may be necessary for a family and a longer stay.

Perfect location, very easy check in with proper and timely instructions. The apartment is sparkling clean and comfortable, separate bedroom, large terrace, equiped kitchen... very different from the usual poor standards in Greek apartments that we have been used to. We reccomend it to everyone: couple, family with children...

The rooms were very clean and modern and the bathroom was excellent and modern. The key was in lockbox and host sent us number at room and code at lockbox to bring the key. I recommend 100% like perfect place.

The position of Vila is very good. The balcony is large. The beds are comfortable.

Small apartment very close to the beach, there are lots of cafes and shops next to the Villa Zoi. Apartment was clean, with AC, free Wi-Fi. There is nice balcony there, necessary kitchen and bathroom utensils (fan, iron and hair dryer were also available) Lidl is 10-15 mins away. Small shop next door. We stayed there for 4 days, cleaning lady came on the second day. When we arrived, host came as well to check if everything is fine, we asked for additional pillow and towels for our kid, and he brought everything in few mins.

The gentleman who gives us the keys came 4 times to the property because he saw on the camera that we had an extra child (we were 4 adults and a child). Many times in the reservation confirmation, the set child does not appear when the child is free from the property page, speaking from experience. He told us that we are not allowed to have children in the property according to the laws of Greece (totally false), then he asked us for the documents without offering us a sheet that would protect our personal details and not having on the property page the need to provide documents (passport or ID) at check-in. Compared to another property that I won't name, where no one asked us anything and everything was clear from the very beginning here on a check-in day you were somehow disturbed from the beginning.

The location was good, the property was in a modern building for the respective area. Inside, everything was clean, the gentleman who handled our check-in was prompt when he arrived at the property to give us the keys.

We did not have enough info about the parking. I think that you should say that there is no private parking and you should leave the car on the street but the guests should know that they have rule that you can park your car for one month on the left side and the other month on the right side of the street.

Neighbors with dog and always crying baby was noisy enough to wakes me up early. But that's not a hotels fault.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the centrum. The beach is exactly a step away! That's priceless! Many shops and restaurants at a glance. The owner Georgios was so, so kind and respositive, because I didn't see the message that says the hotel is with self check in/check out. Thank you very much, dear George! The room is big and nice, there is everything you need. Big and shady balcony, wonderful to stay after walk and at night. Recommend Villa ZOI :)

First of all, it is a very cosy apartment and near the center as well as the beach. The owner is very rapidly responding to the messages as well as he is very helpful if you need any additional stuff. Definitely would recommend whilst the price is also very reasonable.

Out of three beds, one bed had too soft matеrass.

Nice location, as the sea beach is 1 minute away on foot from the sea. Also, the street is full of bars and restaurants. The host was friendly. The place was clean. We came late at night and it was easy to find the key and do a self-check-in.

I don't have anything specific to mention that wasn't good. Everything was fine overall. Maybe they could consider replacing the older wardrobe. It's not bad or anything, and it's perfectly functional, but it could be updated to a more modern style.
