Zonita Guest House is in a beautiful place close to the beach, the apartment has a beautiful kitchen, small but with all the necessary elements, the bathroom is clean, the bed linen is clean and they change it regularly and the apartment is cleaned regularly. Recommendation for a peaceful and comfortable vacation.

Zonita is a great place, the best in Nea Plagia. We have been here more than 6 times, the hotel is incredibly clean and beautiful, just like in the pictures, even more. The apartments are large, with beautiful lighting, they have two air conditioners in both rooms, two balconies and two TVs, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This year we had a health problem, but the landlady, who is always kind and available to the guests, showed great understanding for us, moved the date of our arrival and gave us an even nicer apartment than the one we booked. Also, the hotel underwent some renovations compared to last year, the balconies were furnished with new furniture, the kitchens were renovated and the rooms were painted. The beach is 50 steps from Zonita, parking is free, in a word, a wonderful place to rest. Many thanks to the Zonita team, see you again next year!

It was a bit odd that someone had cleaned the room whilst our kid was in there sleeping. Maybe a sign ‘Do not disturb!’ with save some awkward moments and it will work for both sides. Thanks anyway!

Literally a few minutes from the beach. You could not wish for a better location. Happy with our room and the polite staff! Clean towels and bed sheets every second day!

Has nothing to do with the accomodation: No shopping possibilities in Nea Plagia. Nearest good shopping area is Nea Moudania 9km from there but the shops are closed for lunch hour and they close at 10 pm in the evening.

Maybe the most hospitable hosts I ever met! We had a medical emergency late in the evening and they were very helpful and heartwarming. Every time I met somebody of the staff they asked if my mother is better. And all of them were always friendly since we checked in. Not to forget that the room was perfectly clean and very well equipped. There are samples of housemade olives and olive oil in the apartments which can be purchased at the reception. I would strongly recommend Zonita!

I give a 10 to Zonita just because Booking doesn't allow 11s. Great location, near the beach, bars and restaurants, but still in a quiet area where you can rest properly. The room is very clean with all the needed amenities, garbage is taken daily, bed sheets changed and vacumed regularly. The staff is extremely nice, helpful and always smiling. All in all, a great place to spend your vacation. P.S. Big thanks to Niki for the help when we had some car trouble.

From the beginning to the end, everything was excellent. Hospitable hosts that I have to praise. The girls from the reception: Niki, Ioanna, Konstantina are very kind and smiling and always present to fulfill if you have any request. They provided me with all the information I needed Housekeeper Enisa is great, also smiling, and has always done her part of the job on a high level. In particular, I would like to praise Mr. Dimitris the owner, who is a very good man as you can see in his eyes and I wish him to be alive and healthy for at least another 100 years. The apartment is very nice and tidy, that's how he welcomed us. The kitchen is large with all the elements, the terrace is also large (we were located on the ground floor), the bathroom is fully equipped, clean and tidy. The room had a large double bed and one regular bed, a large closet, a safe, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer... everything you need is in the apartment. If the Zonita staff is reading this, I want to thank you for your hospitality and if there is a chance I will come again with my family

1. No matter how carefully you wash yourself - the water will be on the bathroom floor. But it drys quickly. Little space for a shower. 2. I was not enough soap, shower gel and shampoo for all my staying here, it was only for couple of days. 3. It would be better if the beds were wider.

1. Wonderful location, very close to the beach. Sun beds with umbrella can be used if buy some drink in a beach bar. 2. Very clean room, towels and bedding. Cleaning once in a 3 days, garbage is thrown out every day. 3. Nice room with good renovation. 4. Nice and friendly staff. 5. Very well equipped: air condition, frige, stove with oven, good dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, table, chairs, and other. 6. Good balkony with table and armchairs. 7. We liked prezent for us: olives, olive oil, wine and sweets very much. Thanks a lot for it.

Showers very small , Central box from Air Condition very loud at night you can hear it and you can't sleep.

Very nice location in the middle between Nea Plagia and Flogita .Clean .Everything New. Well equipment small apartments with kitchen and nice Balkon area. Hotel Staff nice and polite and helping any way. Good place for Family form 3 till 5 Nights .If you want quiet Holiday and not Shopping its the right place.

The beds are extremly uncomfortable. We haven't had one night of proper sleep. Also, there were very loud Romanians on the upper floor? Can't really put the blame on the property on that one..

Great location, right at the beach. Room is fully equiped, there is no need to bring anything. The trash cans were emptied on a daily basis, and fresh towels/sheets were changed every second day. Hot water, wifi and A/C worked great. Free parking available very near.
