Everything, Don Sergio was super kind to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hostal. We loved everything security, location, delicious breakfast.

We arrived late and were still given a warm and helpful greeting by staff and they helped us to our room. The room was lovely, big, clean and very comfy. We liked the terrace area and enjoyed breakfast in our room the next day with a nice view considering we were in the city.

The triple room is small and with luggage it becomes hard to move around the room

The location is very close to the airport. If you have a late arrival or early departure from La Aurora airport, I highly recommend this property. The shower was good with plentiful hot water. The typical Guatemalan breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay if you’re passing through Guatemala City and need to get to the airport. We had a wonderful stay here, and the breakfast was good. The staff were also very helpful and spoke English. We have stayed twice now and would definitely go back.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff (Sergio A.) was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions and complicated travel arrangements (late arrival, extremely early departure, arranging airport shuttles, etc).

Our room was close to the kitchen and there was some noise from breakfast. Lighting in the room could be better, however, for the price paid, this place was excellent.

This Hostel is more of a hotel than a hostel. We had a private two bed room with private bathroom. It was basic but comfortable and top value for the money. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and served on the beautiful patio by very nice staff. It is located very close to the airport and they were able to arrange a driver for us both ways. It was nice to come out into Arrivals and see our driver waiting for us. I travel to Guatemala frequently for medical trips and find it cheaper and easier to fly in a day early and stay here. Not ideal for sightseeing, but great for a stay near the airport.

Very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel at walking distance from the airport. What's even better is the wonderful staff, especially Azucena who helped me sort out SIM card issues and helped me plan my trip. It's a family run hotel, with the greatest care for its guests.

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful garden area. The guy at the front desk also helped order dinner for us which was helpful. It is also super close to the airport which was convenient.

No toiletries in bathroom, hot water was unpredictable. Could have been cleaner. Lots of ants in the room.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, fluent in English. Good breakfast included. Great, safe location very close to airport. Great if you need a place to stay for a night or two.
