We had a floor level room which was just in front of the middle patio where the parking is located. The noise from the incoming/outgoing guests, as well if their cars was a bit disturbing.

The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. The common area is nice with a good working internet. There was s nice touch when in the afternoon sone hot tea with cookies where offered. Private parking. Breakfast was good.

It's this kind of places where cars park in the middle in the court which gets very annoying when people let the engine run and it smells of gas until inside your room. Also first morning there was an extremely loud big group at 6am and no one saying anything.

Comfy room, very good breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, central location, nice common area, I'd definitely stay there again.

As the windows all face the patio, you can't really leave anything open and don't have a lot of privacy without the curtains closed. So it was quite hard to ventilate the room. The price was maybe a bit steep for this area in Guatemala.

On first impression it looks like a parking lot but on the first floor the rooms are centered around a beautiful patio with a very cosy common area. Rooms are very modern and beds are very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay (prepared breakfast boxes when going on a trip, teaching my husband some Spanish, etc.).

Layout kind of odd. To get to reception and rooms, you need to go through parking garage. Reception is literally in corner of parking garage.

Clean and comfortable! We were welcomed with a cold hibiscus drink, which hit the spot.

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious & clean with good lighting. The veranda/terrace outside our room & the breakfast room itself was very inviting. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast (included) was delicious.

I like the hotel inside, it was clean rooms had good size,staff very friendly, the only thing from the outside doesn’t look like a nice hotel. Once you go inside is different I guess still in renovating.

Great hotel for a night stay in Coban! Comfortable, excellent service and a great breakfast! Rooms are cozy, clean and hot showers. Breakfast is included and is delicious. You’re able to sit down and order from a menu with coffee included. Very friendly service, helped us find our bus to lanquin the next day

Location was very good with easy access to shops, bank/ATM, restaurants, and taxi service. Decor was a plus through out. Ambience was pleasant. Excellent value.

Great value for money. Location very close to parque central but not noisy. Taxi rank and comedors 1 minute away. Nice breakfast included. Efficient staff.
