The company they’ve booked for us to do activities felt it wasn’t not very safe as we had a bad experience. But it was not hotel directly. I would just say to book your expeditions with a proper company listed online.

The location, the hotel itself, breakfast was lovely with a great service every morning by the staff working there. Restaurant food was very nice too. Nice coffee shop next to the hotel for a great coffee and easy to access to all Antigua sites.

I’m don’t like the two stories room, but I’m know there are another singles stories rooms

It’s a beautiful hotel but I’m don’t like the attic room because bathrooms it’s in lower level, but it’s in a beautiful interior patio and facilities

The rooms were expensive and then they overcharged us and we had to spend time trying to get the difference back (we eventually did). The linens had some stains and the tub had trouble draining. Also, there was no A/C and the fan they provided was so loud, we slept through our alarm because we couldn’t hear it over the fan. Just small things here and there. Nothing huge.

The room was large and spacious, the bed was fairly comfortable and the restaurant staff were super kind.

Our room was noisy, not good isolated, you can hear neighbours speaking and loud music from the other side. No bathroom upstairs in the doble queen room.

There were no comfortable chairs in room for sitting and resting or reading.

They should have more breakfast options in the menu.

Loved how close it was to the main Plaza. The staff was super friendly and the location is gorgeous. The rooms however did not have AC, but it was not required for the time we were there.

we had breakfast included and when the person helping us offered us juices without telling us that there was an extra charge, once we finished our breakfast we moved to our room, and then he came with an invoice we where surprised when he never gave us the heads up of the extra charge for the juices, was not the money but the not communication upfront.

Hotel is located close to the city center, surronded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Amazing people working at the hotel always ready to help and always with smiling faces:). Room was clean and comfy. Nice patio in front of the room.

The location doesn't have a park inside. You have to pay 10$. I think the property should have paid the parking as a part of the whole price.

The bedroom was good, a very colonial place. The location is near central park. So comfortable. The customer service is good.

Problem before we even arrived with several e mails unanswered meaning we couldn't be confident the airport pick up service would turn up. A driver did turn up but the car was in poor condition with no seat belts and I doubt very much was an official taxi or transfer service. We didn't use for the return journey. rooms are dark with little natural light which is just the nature of this type of historic building. The layout of the rooms looks attractive at first sight but is impractical for guests. The bed is on a mezzanine level up a curved tiled staircase which would make it unsuitable for some guests. The toilet/ shower room is very small in comparison to the downstairs area which, as there was a large counter but no kettle or coffee maker I'm not sure what anyone would use it for. Somehow we could hear everything going on in the next room I think through the adjoining roof

Breakfast was a bit poor in diversity. Rooms were nice but I would have prefared one story room instead of two.

the location is amazing! 2 minutes walk from Parque Central, restaurants and coffee shops.

I hate the bath/shower too many steps, it looks like an inverted pyramid. Definitely this is a watch point for this location, since it represents a personal safety risk.

Excellent breakfast and nice quite tables indoor and outdoor.
